I'd love a radio controlled version of this. But, it does the job VERY WELL. It's SO LOUD that I can't sleep through it. It shocks me every time it goes off. I've owned it for a couple weeks but I can't see that it breaks down easily since it's such a simple, well made product. It seems sturdy, too.
