The phone all and all is worth buying for what it cost my girlfriend got this one and imma end up getting one only problems we have with hers so far (after 1 month of owning) is for some reason the other day it glitched out on her and she couldnt text for awhile and I was loving that you can watch youtube videos on here but not very long after about 5 mins on the same video it says loading 6 % and never moves and you can't fast forward or anything.Other then that its a great phone so far love the touch pad and how it switches so easy from touch to button.

I love this phone! This is my first touch screen and is every thing I need in a phone, I am an assurance wireless customer and I get the 250 free minutes every month so if I add $30 I get unlimited talk, text and internet. It is fast and easy to use, has a great video camera and camera. I love it!

I upgraded to the touch version of the Rumor and I have to say the Rumor 2 was a much better value than the touch. You can't assign text tones, you cannot access social networking apps anymore on this phone. It's has less abilities than the Rumor 2 and costs more... doesn't make sense. Disappointed overall.

I would recommend this product but i wouldn't recommend this product at the same time its an great phone i love it but the phone kept turning off and on i asked a friend n she said her 3 old phone did that so u get the whole point i got my money back after a a hour and a half and now wait for it to be there in the store

Just moved here from England and wanted a cheap phone that allowed me text, talk and data. Virgin's $35 a month, no contract has all that I need. Now, to choose a phone.
After searching Virgin's site for a couple of months I noticed the Rumor Touch for $60. Checked here at WalMart and it was $10 cheaper. Order was delivered within three days. Great service!

I had been using smart phones, one Windows based and the last one Android, for over 5 years so ideally I wanted to stick with smart. Prices here are crazy so I went for the 'semi-intelligent' Rumor Touch.
Takes a little getting used to the menus and getting to some functions is a little long-winded by comparison to Android's easy 'desktop' fascia functions. Still, no worries. After a couple of days it becomes second nature to click the right functions.

Reception in our area is poor but this phone seems to be better than my wife's Samsung (Sprint, which Virgin uses also). I manage to get call service and data without too much drop-out.
Bit miffed that it doesn't have Google Navigator and I had hoped that Virgin Navigator was similar. Not so. You have to pay $1 a day or $5 a month extra to use it. That said, Google Maps does give a directions feature that shows the way and tracks you via GPS as you move. You just don't have the spoken directions as you do with Navigator.

On the whole and after three weeks use, I am happy with the LG. Basically, for $50, you have nothing to complain about. If you want Android, pay for it!

I bought this phone for my 9 year old daughter. I wanted a phone without a lot of extras that was easy to use. It has quick links to Facebook and Twitter which my current phone does not have.She picked it up and was able to use it quite easily. Great phone for a younger crowd.

Its a good phone except for when u try to send a txt message it fails ALOT!!! and you have to turn the phone off then turn it back on to send the txt message...this happens to me at least 7 times a day :( web is pretty fast except sometimes it just turns off and starts up again by itself :0 which is reeeeeeally annoying anyways if u can put up with all of that then this is a good phone for teens considering that im 14 years old.........

I liked this phone at first but then it got old, it would turn on by it's self and turn off, if you got too many texts then it would turn your phone off, don't waste your time on this one if yuor looking for fast, and lightweight. The only thing i liked about it was the durability

I've had this phone for about a month, and so far I'm pretty satisfied with it. I like the design of it, especially the keyboard. It makes texting super easy. It has only frozen on me once and otherwise hasn't given me any trouble. Beware that the battery drains really quickly when you use the internet on it. I need to charge mine twice a day sometimes. All around, it's a good phone and a great value when you buy it from Walmart.
