This pan works well for making jerky in my oven. With the three racks there is plenty of space. I like having the option of only using as many racks as I need depending on the size of my batch. Clean up is easy. I got rid of my three tier cooling rack and use the drying racks for my baked goods too, cookies, cakes, etc. Saves room in my small kitchen.

The product is alright although I had to return it because it's not as big in size as I expected.
The stand at each corner of the rack falls down easily so it's a little bit of a challenge to keep the 2nd, 3rd racks up properly.
With the exception of the above issue, the product itself seems sturdy. The price could be a little lower.
