Delivered on the 4th day in great shape. Preheated before using, glad we did. Have used it 3 times since and very well satisfied. Nice deep oven pan. Will like it at Thanksgiving time, we are sure. Only wish they would put a longer cord on these ovens so they could be plugged into a wall socket without an extension cord.

love the product but i have to add a comment about the service. the young man that pulled my order(TORRANCE, @ the elvis presley store)made this experience most memorabie, he was courteous and helpful,which is a rare find these days.kudos to WALMART for hiring such a nice young man!!

I've only used this roaster once, but it was on a cold day in an Army motor-pool for a fundraiser. The roaster kept the burritos warm (hot even), and when we put cold ones in to get warm, it only took a few minutes on the low setting. Looks good and has a lot of room. I only gave it a 4 for durability because I've only used it once and haven't even had it a month yet. It looks great though. The stainless steel really makes it seem like a "high-end" appliance!

I have wanted a large roaste for a long time. Finally decided to get one and this met all my expectations. It is stainless steel outside which not only looks very nice but is easily cleaned. The white enamel ones always turn yellow after awhile and I never liked that look. The roaster itself works great. Have only used it twice but was extremely pleased both times with it.

This was a replacement for my wife's 20yr old roaster that quit on her Christmas Eve. The roaster came quickly but the box looked beat up somewhat. Opening the box we found the removable food pan was chipped badly and not usable due to the possibility of the ceramic type coating popping off into the food. I e-mail Hamilton Beach directly since the warranty says NOT TO CONTACT the selling dealer. I received a reply that they would send out a new pan after the 7th of Jan due to inventory. It arrived today and all is well. I did purchase the 2 year extended warranty through WalMart but this was resolved by the manufacturer. If Hamilton Beach didn't send the part my only choice would have been to return the complete roaster for an exchange. Everything worked out OK except for the slight wait.

the roaster was awsome but the shipping was not-the label fell off and fed ex couldnt deliver this to us on time(this was a christmas gift)if i didnt call fedex i wouldnt have got it when we did-we recievied it on december 28th :( the shipping department should be sure the are making sure there labels dont come off.

I have always wanted one of these as I've heard such wonderful things about them... so this year they were on sale and I decided to break down and get myself a Christmas present... first off, I ordered it on line and it got there in 3 days (free shipping was icing on the cake)... and I used it for the first time Christmas morning when I cooked my 22 lb turkey... it was so easy to set up, put the turkey in and walk away... in the regular oven the turkey would have taken at least 5-6 hours to cook (unstuffed)... this turkey was cooked to perfection in 2 hours... it was moist and wonderful... it didn't brown like the oven would have, however, it did tell me that it wouldn't in the instructions. Looking forward to a lot of roasting this year. Great deal!
