I love this piece of furniture. It fit perfectly in my home. I was so disappointed that this product was discontinued in this same finish. I still want to purchase one more. Please reconsider restocking this end table! Thanks.

My husband and I bought these end tables and the matching bedroom dresser thinking if they were really bad we could return them to the store. We loved them initially and were glad we spent the extra money then some of the cheaper products. Within 6 months they began to cheap easily and the coating by valspar that supposedly would make the finish beautiful and withstand time is poor quality. Along with the chipping we have had a drink stain that went through a thick shelf liner and doily so we are disappointed. The only thing I can say now(we bought just about a yr. ago)is that the chipping and stain makes them look shabby chic and since we can't afford to just give them away and buy all new high quality we will live with them for many yrs unfortunately.............

I ordered these end tables in Chestnut. WOW!!! These tables are beautiful and very easy to assemble. I put 2 end tables together by myself in about 1 1/2 hours. They are of high quality hardwood and once assembled are heavy and will no doubt last for many years. I'm very happy with these end tables and will be ordering the 6 drawer dresser to match the end tables for a complete bedroom.

This is not real wood. It's a wood veneer. I knew that before I ordered it, but I thought the wood veneer would still look and act like real wood; but it doesn't really. The finish has an odd type of dull glare to it, and doesn't shine when you use furniture polish.
Some pieces were broken and scratched. Had to wait for new pieces to come.
Isn't anyone making affordable quality products anymore ???

These end tables are exactly what I was looking for. The assembly is quick and easy. The end product is sturdy and very nice looking. The solid wood has a nice rich finish and the two choices of knobs is virtually unheard of! Who would've thought from Walmart!

Great end table / night stand. Looks high quality. Was fairly easy to put together - took my husband about 30 minutes. Only bummer is the doors are hard to open and close. They stick a bit and when you push or pull the door, it causes the whole piece to move. But overall, it's great for the price!

Night stands are ridiculously expensive elsewhere. Or they are way too cheap. These are neither. If you need one, order two. If you need two, order three. Take the extra one back. You'll need a couple of the pieces due to damage. But they are very nice. Well worth it. And the way they assemble, very easy. Good quality. Highly recommend.

Damaged then fell apart

They both came with major scratches/gouges even though they came with a paint marker to repair the scratches the gouges were still visible after they were filled in.
The drawer on one fell apart in my hand after it had been in use for about 4 days. Nothing stored in drawer but my wallet and keys.

Nice Nightstand

We bought 2 of these to use as nightstands. I really like them and the color is nice. I had a friend help me put mine together and they were actually a lot easier than they looked. (We did need a hammer.) It came as a top, bottom, front, back, 2 sides, and a few pieces to put the drawers together. They were kind of weird to put together because they have brackets you have to slide together on the sides, front and back pieces (I've never seen that before). The only problem we had putting them together was getting the brackets to slide all the way down so that the sides, front and back would all be flush and the top would sit correctly. We ended up putting a towel over the wood to keep from scratching it and hammering the sides down into the brackets until they slid into place. I liked that the two doors already came assembled on the front panel. I did not like that on both pieces the drawers rub on the top when you open and close them so we have to push down a little and be careful opening and closing them. (Slightly annoying which is why I only gave it 4 stars.) The drawer slide hardware came already assembled onto the wood pieces so we couldn't really adjust the drawers to keep them from rubbing. If we were going off of looks alone, it would easily get 5 stars. The wood seems really solid and sturdy. Everyone is right about them looking like they cost more than they actually did. I also liked that they came with furniture touch up markers in case they get scratched in the future. Overall, I am a happy camper!

This is a very nice looking piece of furniture and relatively easy to assemble. Took me about 45 minutes and I'm not a handy person at all. We actually have the entire bedroom set and the only issue with any of the pieces has been that the holes for one of the drawer knobs was drilled too big. As a result we haven't been able to attach the knob. I tried wood glue but it didn't work. We'll figure something out, but this is a minor inconvenience for a set that looks so nice and is so reasonably priced.

I purchased this piece over 2 years ago for my babys nursery and its held up so well. Its very sturdy and has strong magnets that hold the doors shut. I like this because he has a hard time opening the doors which keeps him out of it. It matched perfectly with his crib and other furniture. Its great quaility for a great price. I am actually purchasing another one for our new babys nursery!

We ordered 2 chestnut finish night stands and we are very please in the workmanship and style. We followed the well written instructions and it was not a problem. Both knobs were included , (wood and antiqued metal) we preferred the antique metal. The glides have ball bearings that we sprayed with silicone for better sliding. Nice looking pieces.

I had to return it after almost finished putting it together because the slider that the drawer was on was not lined up and you couldn't finish putting it together..it was very frustrating after spending hours trying to make it work!!
