Great heavy bag for home use

I have been doing MMA/Combat training for a few months and decided to add a heavy bag to my routine. I am glad I went with the 100 pounds versus the lighter versions. There is still some swaying, but I think that comes with the force I hit it with, but not nearly as much as the lighter bags. I hit, kick, punch, throw elbows, and it takes it like a champ. I would rate this heavy bag a full 5-stars, but the gloves and wrap included are low quality. If you plan on using this product often, purchase some quality gloves.

The box arrived completely shredded and covered in tape. The hand wraps were clearly used and dirty. This is a sanitation issue, especially since your hand in inevitably get tiny scratches which can become infected. The zipper on the bag was broken, but otherwise it's a decent bag. The material sinks, leaving the top relatively soft and the bottom relatively hard, but that's to be suspected. The gloves are as cheap as you'd expect; if you swing and swipe the bag, the "leather" paint will come off the glove and smear across the bag. They do fine protecting your hand for light workouts in combo with the hand wrap. They are not padded at all.

i ended up getting the combo pack with this everlast 100lb bag kit with the stand also
the bag is nice works great
hand wraps are really basic hand wraps so you might want to get better ones but they do work
the bag gloves are ok but i ended up buying a pair of 16oz boxing gloves to work out with i like the feel better with the 16oz boxing gloves
but over all this was a great deal

The punching bag arrived I noticed that the box was pretty beat up and that it had a long slit or cut; when I pulled the bag out of the box I noticed sand was on my garage floor and then I found that the bag had a cut in it. So I had to return it to my local walmart

I got the bag/gloves with a combo deal including the stand for a very nice price. If I didn't get that deal, I wouldn't have given this a 5 star due to the gloves being the biggest piece of junk ever.

This is a great product for the value. The bag is amazing and I love it. The only negative I have and why I did not give this item a 5 star, would be the gloves. From the description and picture online I thought that I was getting real boxing gloves with this set. But sadly, the gloves are very thin and I now need to buy the real ones seperately. I do wish that this set came with a real set of gloves to complete the package.
