These days with everyone having a laptop, tablet, netbook, smartphone; it was very difficult finding a good computer desk, where I have enough room to place my large size desktop underneath and my printer and 23" LCD monitor on the desk, yet still having enough room to do paperwork on the desk. Although the search took many hours and days (to find a reasonable price, yet accommodating desk). The 47" width, is an optimal solution for a bedroom/computer room. The 3 draws and extra space on top, along with the pull out keyboard make this a very comfortable yet attractive appearing desk. The wood is well made and all the pieces are constructed very well. Instructions were clear and precise to the point and extra pieces were accommodated as well. The desk wasn't too difficult to put together, although it does take a good 3 hours or so. I would highly recommend this desk to anyone in the market and it's reasonably price with great grade material.

however, the 'finish' has several blemishes, assembly instructions are nominal & several of the pre drilled holes were inaccurate. i would have given it 3 1/2 stars overall, if that option were available.

This desk has a nice professional appearance, and it offers plenty of desktop and drawer space. The assembly instructions were fairly easy to follow, and although it roughly 3 hours to assemble, I worked very carefully and meticulously. The desk feels sturdy, and it is an excellent value for the price.
