dissapointed that the cord did not come with a velcro strap to wind up the cord. I have purchased 2 other curling irons that came with one. The cord is sooo long that it is hard to store without the velcro strap.

I use a curling Iron every day.
I had this iron after a year the spring broke it (only down fall)
my duaghter bought me a new iron for christmas and it FRIED my hair...
