The durability of the stereo is bad. I purchased the first one, had it a week then it stopped working. I returned it and just decided to exchange because I had already purchased the BT mic for the stereo. The second stereo has now quit and it is just over my year warranty. The stereo was not in my daily driver or it may have failed sooner. I didn't have any problem with the sound, just the durability. Thats about $200 down the drain for the stereo and the mic! Really dissapointed in SONY

Review 2 for Sony MEX-BT38UW Xplod Bluetooth CD Receiver
Poor USB playback option

I bought this player mainly for playing mp3s from a flash drive. The player does play the mp3s OK but there seems to be no way to set the playback order. I have tried numbering the files/folders but it still just seems to be random. The folders are sorted randomly as well regardless of aphabetic or numeric naming. With 100+ folders on the drive, this is quite irritating when searching for a folder. The tracks aren't played with regard for alphabetic or numeric names either.
If this isn't an issue for you then this is a great unit.

My husband bought this product for me for Christmas and i love it. I love that it has bluetooth so i can answer my phone through the radio for hands free talking. I can also use pandora internet radio on my droid phone and bluetooth it to my radio and listen to a veriaty of music from that. I love this product! The only thing i would said is if you install on your own GET A WIRE HARNESS!! its so so much harder without one.

I just got this installed today and am VERY happy with it. I got it connected over Bluetooth to my iTouch and my cell phone without any trouble. Build quality is great. Sound is great and very customizable. User controls are easy to learn and operate.
ONLY CON - For the price, I would have expected more than 52Wx4 (it's actually only 17W RMS)
