Verry happy so far. It has plenty of suction and is light and easy to manuver.

I bought this vacuum because it was highly rated by Consumer Reports. They were true to their word. It does an excellent job on our carpets and floors and it is easy to clean. The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the hose is very short. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the performance and as usual, dealing with Walmart on line was easy.

This is an excellent product! I did a lot of research before purchasing this Hoover. It was important to me that my vacuum was had a strong suction for pets and dirt, that it was easy to maintain, light, and a low rate for breaking down. This Hoover had all that!

This vacuum is one I would highly recommend. The suction is extremely powerful and picks up the dirt my canister vacuum leaves behind. The vacuum is lightweight, easy to use, has great attachments, especially the one for the stairs. It is also easy to clean after each use.
Some assembly required, but the instructions in the Owner's Manual are easy to understand. Took me about 5 minutes. I highly recommend that you read the manual before using the vacuum.
The difference between this vacuum and my original Hoover Wind Tunnel is like day and night.

Consumer reports rated high and I agree. I first vacuumed with my old cleaner, then immediately went over the same area with this vacuum. Shocked at how much came out of my carpet. Mostly pet hair! My carpet looks so good. This is a great product at a great price.

I bought this vacuum to replace a Dyson Animal. After 7 years the Dyson began losing suction, the plastic clip that holds the canister had broken and the brush wasn't turning consistently. In the time that we owned the Dyson we have been removing carpet from our house, it simply wasn't worth it to spend the money on another Dyson if the plans only leave carpet in 2 rooms and the hall.
After reading reviews I chose the Hoover based on economy and the reviews about the suction. I have used the Hoover a bit and the jury is still out. The vacuum itself is lighter than the Dyson but the parts all feel cheaper. It can be a little more difficult to get the dirt catch seated back in the vacuum. The dirt container looses space to the cord holder. While that may not be a big deal to some, with a pet and a toddler it leaves me emptying the container a lot more than with my Dyson.
The design of the dirt container is sub-par, the dirt doesn't empty on it's own I have to stick my hand in and pull it out - annoying. I assume that for the most part my expectations are a little high and that this Hoover was simply not designed to compete with the Dyson. Based on my calculations, as long as this vacuum lasts two years I come out ahead financially. I'll eventually get used to pulling the dirt out by hand....I hope.

If you have a pet that sheds a lot.... DO NOT buy this one! I bought 2, within 6 months, broke! I took apart, tried to clean, then the belt kept slipping off! Spend a few more $$ and get something better!

Getting the vacuum was easy. However, we used it three times before the belt broke. We have mostly hardwood floors and cleaned the dirt collection system routinely, so we are not sure why this would happen. Not happy. When the vacuum works, it works well. Hand attachment clogs easily.

First bagless we purchased for our home. The first time I used it I pulled up dirt, hair and loose fiber better than my large $350.00 carpet cleaner. Hope it keeps up the good work. Wish I would have purchased this unit sooner as I'm sure it would have saved me from shampooing our carpets so often. The price is great and workmanship 1st class.

I love this vacuum. For the price its the best one I ever owned. Its lightweight and seems self propelled. It has washable filters which saves money. The retractable cord is such a plus and saves on bending and backaches. Consumer reports was right. It's a great little machine.

I am slightly disappointed in this vacuum. Although it seems to have great suction power, I am disappointed in the hose and tools. You have to be very careful when using the hose, because it's very easy to pinch your fingers and hands in it! I also am not particularly thrilled with the way the canister breaks down for cleaning. It's difficult to twist the top off.
I guess it works good for a mid-priced vacuum, but I am wishing I would've spent a bit more money and gotten one a step up from this one. I have purchased Bissells for quite a few years, so this is my first try with a Hoover. Time will tell how well it keeps performing.

Read reviews before buying and this was rated very high for price range I wanted to spend. Suction is great and it's easy to empty canister when full. My only complaint is the hose is tight and twisted so it tends to fight with you when in use. Overall, great buy!

I bought this one as it was a Besy Buy on Consumer Reports. My wife likes it a lot as it is much lighter than her previous Hoover vacuum and it really gets the dirt up. She was shocked at how much this vacuum got out of carpet she thought was clean. It does a very nice job and the self retrascting power cord is a nice touch

I just recently purchased this product and LOVE it! Compared to two other Bissell vacuums I purchased this year (that broke within 6 months), this product has been working great. It has great suction and the accessories are great for use on furniture. I use the brush to vacuum my couch and am always amazed at the amount of hair that it sucks up. All in all, great product thus far (I have had this product for about 3 weeks now).

My previous vacuum broke and I needed a quick replacement. I had planned on spending more money for a new vacuum, but this one received so many great reviews I figured I'd give it a try. I am super pleased with this vacuum. It picks up better than my more expensive one and also is so much lighter and easier to handle. It is also so much easier to empty. This is a great vacuum, especially for the money. Would definately recommend this vacuum to friends.
