I have looked at and tried a number of inversion tables. This is by far the nicest. It is very sturdy compared to most. The packaging of the parts was better than I have ever seen. All parts were there !! Took 3 hours to put together. It is a nice table for the money. I would rate it a 10!

Be aware of the 122 lb weight of the item-it's heavy. It's truly heavy duty, which helps you relax when you're inverted. I weight 250, and feel confident when inverting.
It would have helped to have a 3rd arm when assembling it, but I was able to do it by myself. The nuts and bolts were on a numbered plastic bubble pack card; the instructions tell you what number to use.
