It was very simple and super fast. I got online to make my order at 3am and they texted me at 11am same day to let me know my product was ready to be picked up.

I wouldn't wish this game on my worst enemy. Total garbage. No ability to save, it saves for you at random times. No documentation, so don't expect to be able to figure out how to move your equipment around without totally messing up your character. Same with the experience points. I should have just picked a decent established game to go with my xbox bundle but chose this nightmare because I'm such a LOTR fan. What a letdown.
