My 3 year old grandson was getting too big for his baby swing but was fearful of a regular swing. I like that he can get in this by himself...no more trying to lift him & get his feet through holes. He loves it, it is very good quality & it's perfect. Seems a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Now I need a better swing frame to hang it on. I wouldn't put a young baby in it...you'd want the full bucket swing for that.

My son first used this on his cousins swing set. I decided to buy it for him when we brought him a new swing set (gorilla Playset Blue Ridge frontier)
In the begining of this summer my son was 2 but the size of your average 4 year old he's also a daredevil and isn't happy casually swinging he wants to go as high as possible which he couldnt do in a standard belt swing and it was terrible trying to get him and out of a infant swing cause his giant feet/sneakers get stuck plus he's almost 40lbs so fighting with his feet in and out of the swing was killing my back which is already an issue for me.
He can get in and out himself and I dont worry about him falling off or jummping off when he is swinging high.

We bought this for our daughter's 3rd birthday. She loves that she can get in and out buy herself. We spent a lot of time looking at various transitional swings from baby to belt. This one has everything you could want.

Bought this swing as transition from harnessed toddler/full bucket swings for our grandchildren which they outgrew, but they still aren't comfortable with the "sling" swings. They LOVE this swing. It is easy for them to get in and out of, and feel secure with the back support and the chain across the front. Very heavy duty chain on the actual swing - heavier than the chains that came with our original swing set.
Excellent service from CSN - and the best price I found anywhere for this style swing. Will probably be buying another to avoid squabbles - they all want to use only this one now!!!
