We were so happy to see this product on line and were able to order it. Not only is the product great, but most stores don't carry in stock the size we need. And, better yet, it was less expensive than in the store. We won't have to shop for this product in the store any more, we can order on line with ease! Thank you Walmart!!

Review 3 for Dr. Scholl's - Men's Brisk Sneakers, Wide Width
I bought these for my husband. They fit perfectly. The width is great and he's been wearing them to go on his daily walks for the past 4 days. He came home today and said the backing at the heels (the part sticking up) is so rough, he won't be able to use them for a while because he has severe blisters, even though he's been wearing them with socks. So... that might be something for Dr. Scholl's to improve on.

Review 4 for Dr. Scholl's - Men's Brisk Sneakers, Wide Width
Over the years I have spent a lot more on a pair of sneakers than I paid for these and they compare very favorably to more expensive shoes. They are comfortable and very sturdily made, I would expect them to last for some time. For $26 you can't go wrong.

I'm on my feet all day and need cushioned soles or my heels hurt. I thought being the Dr. Scholl's brand would be ok. After two days I hade to quit wearing them. Switched back to New Balance.

Great Walking Comfort But With Design Flaws.

When shopping for shoes with Velcro straps I found that Wal-Mart had 2 main offerings in wide widths, one by STARTER and the other by DR. SCHOLL'S. I tried both of them in store and found that for walking comfort the ones by DR. Scholl's wins hands down, but they are not without a few glaring design flaws. The shoe is supposed to be made for wide feet, but it would seem that no one told the person who make the unguent or the person who makes the Velcro straps. While the shoes made by STARTER where not as comfortable their tongue was wide enough to cover the top of my foot and the straps where long enough to comfortably secure the sneaker to my foot. The Dr. Scholl's sneaker's tongue has a gap on either side which exposes my socked foot. Also the Velcro straps are a good one inch too short to fit properly, not to mention make a quality appearance. Even though the Starter shoes had longer straps,With comfort being my main concern I went with the Dr. Scholl's and I wear black socks to minimize the noticeable shortcomings of the design. Also, After a few weeks of use the insoles have began to role up and I find myself having to tuck them back into the shoe before reusing them. Overall the shoe is very comfortable and would be an excellent buy if not for some quality control issues. Widen the tongue, add 1" to the straps, and glue down the insoles and this would be a top notch product. For now it's comfort is it's only selling point and, thankfully, it does go a long way in that dept.

Review 9 for Dr. Scholl's - Men's Brisk Sneakers, Wide Width
These are good value for the cost. They are easy to put on, fit very well and are most comfortable when walking. I would not use them for work at my gymnasium, but for every day work and walking they are ideal

Review 10 for Dr. Scholl's - Men's Brisk Sneakers, Wide Width
Dr. Scholl's Sneakers and shoes are good, only if you don't have an existing foot problem. These shoes and others like it are great for the price. Very strudy and strong. The walking sneakers and Tundra sneakers are good and are made the same. The all have comfort system and heal cushions. Thick souls and thin toe soul areas. For maxium comfort. They out weigh the compition on price and profomance. Others sell for $100.00 or more. And in the South shore area of Ma. , they can only be found at Walmart.

Review 11 for Dr. Scholl's - Men's Brisk Sneakers, Wide Width
Dr. Scholl's Men's Wide Width Brisk Sneakers is an inexpensive, but functional pair of shoes well worth the price. These shoes which are fastened by leather straps held in place by Welcro Strips instead of lace tightening and knot tying, are specially suited for Senior citizens who cannot stay with their backs bent long enough to complete that procedure.

Review 12 for Dr. Scholl's - Men's Brisk Sneakers, Wide Width
I purchased a pair of these shoes while visiting Marco Island, FL. earlier this year and I was very impressed. They seemed to equivalent to my Brooks walking shoes which sell for four times the price of these shoes. When I returned home I purchased another pair for use at home. The second pair have a manufacturing defect and are being returned to Walmart for replacement. I still like the shoes.

these are my first dr scholls shoes of any kind. they are comfortable, reasonably stylish, have good cushioning and the fit was reasonable. after reading some of the other reviews, it sounded like the shoes are narrower than listed. so i got the 9-wide, instead of my usual 8-1/2-wide. this proved to be alittle inaccurate, as these are slightly too wide and too long. but they will do. the only other suggestions i have is that they lengthen the upper velcro strap and lower the outside edge of the shoe around the ankle area. i find it rubs against my ankle. i feel there are a good buy for the price and walmart did a very good job getting them to me quickly.

If you looking for a black shoe that is light weight but durable and also has great style, look no further. Dr. Scholl's has what you need. I am in a nursing home and have limited mobility of my arms and I am trying to learn how to walk again. This shoe does run just a tad narrow for being a wide width but i am glad of that fact , I hate a sloppy fitting shoe. The shoe was a perfect fit. The quality of the shoe is great. Full leather upper except for the tongue which has what appears to be nylon. This is for breathing. I know several restaurants that require black shoe and black socks, I would allow this shoe to be worn. It really does not look like your average sneaker/tennis shoe. Anyway for the money, and I paid $29.10 U.S which I thought was very reasonable, They are well worth it.

Good price and fit. Sorry to see they couldn't stand up to ordinary wear and tear. Two months and the soles cracked in half. Too bad.

Review 18 for Dr. Scholl's - Men's Brisk Sneakers, Wide Width
The styling is nice and the product seems durable. The width is almost certainly D and I need EEE. This is disappointing because the last pair of Brisk sneakers I purchased were listed as WW on the box, but were actually EEE. Those were a different product number, but still had the Brisk name. This pair is tight for my right foot, but an adequate fit on my left foot. There is little or no breathing room. I have paid extra for EEE size and I don't mind doing it. I just wish the size of this pair was more specific.
