Hard to put together!!!

Never could get one of the end poles through the end of the fabric. The screws started to strip out so I gave up trying. The fabric is like a woven plastic and very coarse. My two toy poodles won't get on it. They hide under it.

Rocky (20lb schnauzer) loves it. Might buy another to keep out on deck, right now it goes from bedroom to family room to out on deck He prefers to have a cushion or blanket on it. So it would be nice to have a slip cover for it. Might try to make one myself .Funny thing is we bought it to take camping.So far so good and was easy to set up. I bought an extra cover just in case also.

I have seen these at the shelter and wanted them for our dogs. My little dog is not to sure about it but the beagle mix made herself comfy right away. I hope this will be a cool relief for summer and keep them off the cold ground in cooler months.

My Dogs Tore Through It

I have a 10 year old dog & a 5 month old puppy. The older dog needs a good bed, but the puppy is a chewer & ate right through her old bed. I thought this would be good choice because there is very little for the puppy to chew on. I thought the metal frame would stop him & there would be no stuffing to pull out. But, he quickly found a way to chew up the fabric in the corners where it is not attached to the metal frame - that was okay. Then between the two of them they have scratched through or just worn out the fabric in the middle & made a big hole. This bed didn't last 2 months in our house.
I still love the idea of the bed, but if you are looking for something that is hard to destroy, this is not it.

We received the terra cotta colored one in medium for my small boxer, she weighs 38 pounds and is full grown. Its perfect for hot weather and keeps her off the grass where bugs etc.. abound in our southern CA climate. It works well in every room in our small house as well. Only drawback is it is not collapsible for travel unless you bring a couple of tools to take it apart and put it back together. But I didn't buy it for that.

This is a great bed -- elevated for good air circulation, off the ground for a moisture-free bed during the winter, light weight, easy to move, and the dogs love it. We had used wooden pallets to elevate their dog beds before we found these, but they had sharp edges and were very heavy. These beds are perfect. With a pad in the winter, they are cozy. Without the pad in summer, they are cool and comfy. Perfect!

I don't think my little doggie likes it right now but I am going to continue trying to introduce it to her. I do believe once she understands it function, she will love it. She is trying it more when she sees me laying down on it, or when I keep her little toys always on it. Right now she is kind of afraid of it.

Dogs love it, make sure you measure your dogs length nose to butt for a good fit. great for kennels or anywhere in house. had to use all my muscle to put together but pretty simple construction

Very easy to assemble and BOTH my dogs love it!!!!! They normally sleep with my son, but once I put this together and got their blankets and pillow-pets on there, they fell in love with it!!! It's so light weight that I can carry it up in the evening and back down in the morning for them. Best bed I've bought them in the past three years!!!!

I have purchased others in the past, and this one is the best so far: the mesh is great for Florida summers, will not get moldy as the cloth one I have, and was easy to put together. The pvc one will droop after some use, though I've only had it under 2 weeks, many dogs at day care have used it.....

HAS A LITTLE TRICK WHEN PUTTING BARS TOGETHER, WHEN YOU HAVE THE LAST SCREW IN THE BAR, YOU HAVE TO LET THE BED BEND TO A SLIGHT ANGLE, TO TIGHTEN THE SCREW.. ONCE THE SCREW IS IN JUST STRAIGHTEN OUT THE BED..
