My gastroenterologist prescribed this medication for my extreme problem of constipation I used the original and tried this. Excellent, works like, try it, it's easy to take because it is tasteless and can mix in any drink but in my case the doctor recommended using water.

I couldn't say whether or not this works because I could not get past the extremely chalky taste. It did not dissolve in water like the brand name so I mixed it the best I could in a cocktail shaker and used a lot of ice in the beverage I was drinking, there is nothing that I could do to get past this very apparent taste. It was disgusting. Definitely do not reccomend and I am going to try returning!
