Great Diaper Bag

I have been looking for a neutral diaper bag that suits normal day to day needs since my daughter was born 5 years ago. This diaper bag is the best I have found.
It has lots of pockets, 3 of which are insulated, which is helpful with 2 kids. It accommodates a good amount of gear (2 changes of clothes, a nursing cover, 3 diapers, wipes, ointment, blanket, 3 bottles, wallet, phone and keys) without being bulky and the price is much unbeatable. I personally would have wanted a slightly bigger bag or just bigger pockets in front as they can get tight with the overlapping pockets, but after searching multiple websites and about 15 stores on multiple occasions, this is the best bang for the buck by far.
I wish it was distributed more widely in brick and mortar stores and wish it was just slightly bigger, but it is a great, durable bag.

Too small

I bought this bag because I have a 2 yr old and a baby on the way. It is way too small to carry stuff for both kids. Seems like a decent bag, but would not recommend for anyone looking for a larger bag.

Review 3 for Graco - Optimo Diaper Bag, Black
Sturdy but not as functional as I'd hoped

Pros: Material is sturdy, my husband will absolutely carry this bag as it's a unisex design, lots of pockets, changing pad has a nice amount of cushion, messenger bag style makes it easy to use crossbody, roomy inside, insulated pockets protected most of the bag when I had a bottle of water spill inside.
Cons: When the front pockets are full, the diaper bag tips in that direction, making it difficult to stand up on the table to pack. The zipper are really stiff, so accessing my billfold, gum, etc is not as "easy cheesy" as I'd hoped. The double zipper across the top meets a velcro closure, which does not match up well so the velcro often catches on clothing or other materials. Looks much nicer online than in person. I'd hoped after a while I could break it in so to speak, but three months later with frequent use, it's just as stiff and hard to handle as the first day I opened it. I will likely be replacing this bag with another. Really wish I'd handled this bag in person before I added it to my registry.

Exactly what I needed

I bought this bag when I had my son and was thrilled at how big and spacious it was. It has so many compartments and organization pockets that I was always ready for the occasional Wardobe malfunctions and Sticky situations. It carried everything. Yes it is a little big and can get heavy if fully loaded but I didn't care cuz I was secure in that my baby was always prepared. It is really durable with good strong material. I love love love the thermal pockets for the bottles and the extra large pocket for storing meals. The strap is expanable so both me and my husband where able to tote it around. If you are a first time mom like me and like to be prepared for anything, you will love this bag. I highly recommend it!
I love how spacious it is and the fact it comes with a changing pad. The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is because I don't know how durable it is yet.
Just got this diaper bag and have it ready to go for when baby arrives so I haven't seen it through hardly any use yet. I do like all the pockets available on it. Really the only thing I was disappointed in was the quality of the zippers and materials. They are cheap quality plastic zippers but they work fine so far. I will see what happens farther down the road to see if everything holds up. Also the bottle warmer pockets are made with really cheap material too. I think it's more of a $10-$20 bag instead of $40 quality wise but overall I'm okay with the bag. To get a good quality bag your going to end up spending closer to $100 though so I'm not complaining too much. I just hope it holds up for at least a year. It seems like a decent cheaper diaper bag so far so I would recommend it if you can't spend that much on one like myself.
I've had my share of diapers bags and this one is by far superior! There are a grand total of 17 pockets, three of them insulated. It is well constructed with durable materials and has space for anything and everything. This bag is amazing and highly reccomended
I bought this as part of a baby shower present (she specifically asked for this one). It is very durable, thick, easily washable material. There are a lot of different compartments for nuks, diaper cream, medication, food, etc. This bag seems very practical and that it will last a long time, however I personally don't think it is very attractive. I would recommend this bag for men.

Something to give the nieces in the future

I bought this after reading all the other reviews about diaper bags.
Even though I have at present only owned the bag for a week now it has been wonderful in keeping things organized when out and about. All the pockets make finding things a dream.
On the plus side is that the husband doesn't feel threaten by carrying a diaper bag either. Says it doesn't even look like a diaper bag. Loves the fact that he can stash one of his drinks into the bag when out and about for a couple of hours. The three thermal pockets are well worth there weight in gold!.
I plan to give this as a gift to my nieces in the future as no doubt they will appreciate the ease in finding a diaper and the change pad without having to stress about where it went into the bag.

Very sturdy fabric.. I didn't use it yet. we r still waiting for our baby girl, but it is so large with a lot of pockets, very practical specially if u r a mother of a preschooler & a baby, you'll need so many stuff and this bag can take anything you want for both kids .. the changing pad is a little flimsy & small ,I think I'll buy another one when the baby is bigger .. but overall it's a great bag, not just a cute little diaper bag, and it's awesome for daddy too, my husband loves it.. I would definitely recommend..

I bought this bag to serve as a carryon for my airplane trip. It worked perfectly. Pockets for all my books and extras plus room for a small pillow. I could also stick it under the seat in front of me. I was very pleased.

The bag is great. Big enough to carry everything you need when you go out with a new born but not too big you feel like you are carrying luggage around.

Great size, POOR QUALITY!! Not worth the money! :(

When we first chose this diaper bag and started using it we loved it!! It has plenty of room to store all that a baby needs.
HOWEVER: It has been extremely disappointing since then.... Our son is only 8mths old and we have used it since he was born. The material inside where the bottles are kept - to keep them cool... has fallen out in pieces and torn simply by removing a bottle from the bag. I was not rough with it at all. I examined the seam where it was sown and it was not holding the material right. I love the size but I wish I had not invested money in a bag that would fall apart in only 8mths. I would expect that it should last longer than that for nearly $40 bucks.
The metal Greco sign has fallen off.
The shoulder strap does not stay aligned on the metal rings that attach it so it twists severely. If I could get my money back I would and invest in something more durable.
