After looking at this on Walmarts site for $23.88 and saw that it could be sent site to store, I decided to go ahead and see if the store had it in stock. They did.... For $53.96!!! Ask the clerk why was it so much higher in the store than on line and she said alot of their items are like that. Well, I went home and ordered it online and within 2 hours got a text telling me I could pick it up!!! And all they did was pull it from their shelves! Walmart might have an Ad Match Guarantee but not for itself... just for the competitors! GO FIGURE!!! BTW.... hubby loves the headset! Will definitely start checking more items online before I buy!

I bought this headset and was initially very pleased with the sound quality and it was easy to use. However, after 15 minutes of inactivity, I'd go to pick up calls (important work calls) and there is no sound on either end, even though the call picked up. I had to buy a new one, because I have to have something reliable for work calls. Extremely disappointed!!!

I am very pleased with the Motorola headset. I am using it in my research work because it performed best in my field tests for the cost.
Most of these devices are terrible.
This one works well and the lack of it going into the ear is a plus too.

Pardon the improper english. It works very good and I feel it was worth the expense.
I accidently dropped it in water and it still worked after letting it dry and recharging it.
It is easy to understand and voice commands work very well.

This is a very good headset. I use this thing everyday and i talk a really long time. I have had it for almost two years and it still works. It is very clear. I have had other headsets and they only lasted a few months tops but this one is still working. The only thing i don't like about it is, you can't really charge it until it dies. I will put it on the charger and the light will turn from red to blue, but if it didn't beep to indicate that it was low the charge does nothing. Other than that i think this is an excellent value, because other headsets that cost the same as this die in 3-6 months.

Stay away from this bluetooth. When on standby ,mine only lasted for 5 hours before needing recharge.Folding boom design is badly thought out.Purchase at your own risk!Returned for refund.

The price for this item was more than I really wanted to pay, and had difficulty paring the device. Found another brand that works just fine for about 1/3 the cost of this model. Also I had a device similar to this one by the same company and the mic doesnt work on it. So there was some reservation as to possibility of this hannening. The Motorola H17 is a smaller and very efficient device.

I work as a lineman, so I need something that I can wear comfortably and securely. This was not It. It is a bit bulky as well as very loose fitting. When I turn my head, It almost shook off. May be good for some people, but not for me. I have returned this Item and will try another kind.

This little device really packs a punch. This is the 2nd one that I have purchased. The first one I had for several years and just recently dropped it and then accidentally stepped on it. Luckily I found the same exact match. It has very clear reception and is very easy to manuever. You can't go wrong with this purchase! I recommend this to anyone.

On some calls, my friends told me it sounded like I was in a tunnel and there was feedback/echo. The volume is good and noise cancelling works well.

My phone recognizes the Bluetooth, I have everything turned on, did everything in the booklet that comes with the device. But nothing. All my phone does is make a connection sound when it is "paired." Then when I make a call it doesn't automatically jump to the device mode.
I would suggest spending money on a better Bluetooth, like the Jawbone series.
