Not too bad to put together. One of the screw holes seemed rusty and one of the metal parts underneath (that no one would ever see) was a little scratched.
Very comfortable. Only complaint would be that the seat is a little too long front to back (which is the opposite problem than one would expect since most chairs' seats are too short). I had to order online and was unable to check them out for myself since there are no Wal-Marts in my area. If you're in a similar situation, then this chair would be a good choice. If not, you should definitely go check them out for yourself.

I was in need of a new office chair and purchased this chair after reading specs and the price was awesome. If your looking for lumbar support, this is not the best chair. I suffer with right side pain under my shoulder blade. This chair makes you lean back and I need to sit up straight. I guess it was designed for Execs who don't do much typing, etc. lol. I ended up for little under 30.00 dollars purchasing a good lumbar back rest for the chair a few weeks afterwards. Along with both, I am happy now!

Well-padded and easy to assemble, the back comes up to and supports the back of my head - and I'm 5' 11" - so that's quite a value for an chair priced this reasonably. Moreover, the seat is wider than most chairs in this price class, and the leather material is soft but provides extremely comfortable seating, even when you find yourself lost in front of your computer for longer than you expected.

Like the other four office chairs we've bought from WalMart, this is piece of junk. Thought a higher priced chair would be better... wrong. Not three months old this plastic they call leather was cracking and within 6 months, it was also peeling off. Also, the chair won't stay at desired height and keeps lowering. Now, it won't even raise up. If you want cheap imported junk, these WalMart chairs are just right for you.

Review 6 for Leather Executive High-Back Office Chair with Lumbar Support, Black
Actually bought this chair for a handicapped relative who does not get around very well. It is an attractive chair that looks nice in the house and with the wheels it can easily be moved around even with a person in it. Assembly was simple. This chair is adjustable and comfortable.

Review 7 for Leather Executive High-Back Office Chair with Lumbar Support, Black
I bought this chair with a new desk, I love it. What a step up from my cheap little desk chair. I have back problem and couldn't use a heating pad with the other one, no full back and this one solves that problem. Comfortable, high back, you can rest your head. Lumbar support. Looks impressive. Great value for the money. easy to put together....

Review 11 for Leather Executive High-Back Office Chair with Lumbar Support, Black
This chair is nice. It's comfortable as well. Someone said it wasn't. Maybe they have back problems or other issues related to comfort, but I think it's fine. It was pretty easy to assemble except for two screws. The holes weren't straight so the screws went in at an angle preventing the screws from going in all the way. This also prevented the screws from being covered with the plastic covers that were provided. Also, there is a strange mark on the left arm rest. It almost looks like the material was torn and they used that "fake leather repair stuff" you used to see advertised on TV back in the 80's? ... the 90's?

Review 12 for Leather Executive High-Back Office Chair with Lumbar Support, Black
This is my first all leather chair for computer work and it is great. It was easy to put together and would be even easier if you have two people and some rachet tools. The instructions are pictures only so words would have been an asset in the assembly. I still need to figure out how to keep the plastic guards up on the pneumatic pole, there are three tubes and they are supposed to cover the silver shaft but I do not know quite how they are supposed to work. Chair adjusts and moves well on hard wood floors. Very nice so far.

It was not hard to put together although the directions were pictures only. It took less than 30 minutes to assemble it. It looks great and it is so comfortable. I'm thinking about buying another for work.

Awful Chairs keep breaking

If I could give this chair zero stars I would. We have had two of these in the past 3 months. The first one broke after a little over a month of use. So we sent it back and got a replacement. That one broke as well. My husband is an aircraft mechanic so I know the chair was put together correctly. The chair is poor quality and cheaply made.

If you are smaller than 6", keep away

I was expecting this piece of expensive chair will ease my lower-back pain, but it did not! The lumbar support didn't help me at all because I can never reach that "support" area. I guess it's because I am petite (5"2) so that my upper-leg is not long enough for me the reach to that "magical" inner area of this chair. I thought my husband would be OK with it because he is 5"11. Didn't work either. Same problem. I guess someone who is taller than 6" may be OK. But definitely not us. Returning it.

Not Enough Quality For The Money

I bought this chair to give as gift. I thought that paying a bit more meant better quality. I assembled the chair the day before the B-day party. The person I bought it for was real excited and very pleased with the chair. I called a couple of days later to ask about the gift and was surprised to hear that the chair made popping sounds when first sitting and getting up. If the person was real heavy I may have excepted the popping but this is not the case. One other thing is that the so called leather is more a vinyl feel. I may return the chair if the person I bought it for wants me to and that's disappointing.
