This hamper looks very nice however, it's not as big as it looks in the pictures. Big meaning tall and wide. The downside though are the poles or sticks that make the hamper stand. They are VERY flimsy to the point where the hamper won't stand. I ended up supergluing the poles to the four corners and now it stays.

Not sure what I was expecting for the price. If you have larger amounts of clothes, I would suggest getting one for each room. It can hold 2 loads on each side. Tidy

Smaller than I expected it. I was looking at the Hamper as a design element rather than its utility. the apartment I live in is small so whatever I bring into the space much function aesthetically, which this does. I am glad I made the choice, I just wish it was bigger.

My son needed a hamper that would fit in a hall closet. The narrow width of this hamper fits perfectly. It is still roomy enough to hold plenty of dirty clothes. Being able to sort the light and dark clothes is a plus.

I love this hamper. I have it in our bedroom. I put towels, that have hung dry so not to cause mildew, in the lights and our clothes in the darks.. I love that it is lightweight so I can carry it to our laundry room. Plus the color looks good in our room. It doesn't take up a lot of space in our bedroom. I also have the single hamper that we have in our son's bedroom for when he comes to visit.

This was a cheap hamper, but you definitely get what you pay for. Similar to what other reviewers said, the poles started pushing through the Velcro straps pretty much immediately. The hamper does not stand up straight and sturdy since there is no support from the poles. Laundry falls out onto the floor when it gets too full because of the lack of support too. I also don't fully understand the point of the mesh on top - I guess its helpful if you are transporting the laundry to a laundromat, but for an at-home hamper, its useless and gets in the way. I would not buy this again and can't wait to replace it.

This sorter is okay for the money, but not what I expected. I did look at the dimensions, but it is still seems small. It has been holding a week's worth of laundry for my husband and I though, so it works. The biggest disappointment is that what looks like a mesh bag that you can lift out of the sorter is really just a false top that is sewn to the sorter. The sorter is pretty sturdy to carry, but with a week's worth of laundry in it, it is heavy. I was really looking for something with a mesh bag I could pull out of each side.

I have owned this hamper for about 6 months. It did it's job for a while, but now the bottom seam is breaking and it is very unstable. It cannot stand up on its own easily because the rods on the side are held in by Velcro (which breaks). The sides are also Velcro. I was carrying it to the laundry room and the Velcro on the sides ruined the shirt I was wearing. I guess they look fine but they are cheap and flimsy. If your on a budget and need something temporary this would work fine, but it is flimsy.

It matches the colors of my master bedroom and it's light in weight so that it's so easy to be carried down to the laundry room. I thought the hamper was made of thick fabric (i didn't pay attention when i ordered it) but it's actually nylon. It's still nice though cuz it's not as heavy as thick fabric! I love it very much!

It looks nice and that is about the only nice thing to say. I bought this one and the single hamper as well, neither hamper is sturdy.it was a waste of money, the colors are nice and matched the bedroom furniture and thats why i purchased them, too bad that i had gotten rid of the plastic bag it comes in, because I would have returned it right away!!! they are flimsy and the poles that hold the hamper up are a cheap plastic and break easily... If you dare to get this cheap product be prepared to do laundry daily because you cannot put too many clothes into it. I hope this rating helps you, i would not waste my time giving it a poor rating if I thought the product was worth my money.

We bought this for my daughter who is going to college in the fall. We wanted a hamper that would look good, but more importantly, hold up to a teenage girl's laundry. This does both. It was smaller than we thought it would be, but it is a good size for a dorm room or small bedroom. The divided bag makes it easy to sort clothes, and we like the drawstring bags that will close when she takes the basket to the laundry room. The hamper is lightweight and easy to assemble and carry. Very pleased with the purchase.

This hamper serves its purpose to sort lights from darks. It has a nice look in the bedroom. However, it has an odor that still lingers 3 weeks later, even though I have sprayed fabric freshner on it. The other downside is the mesh you see on top does not come out. I thought you could remove the entire mess bag for easy carrying to the laundry room. Unfortunately you still have to place the laundry into a basket. I purchased a white sorter hamper from IKEA many years ago that I prefer over this one, but will send our son off to his college dorm with this one as it should collapse easily for transport.
