I've wanted a tv for the study because I do a lot of monogramming and sewing in that room. I did my homework on tvs, and because of the great reviews here, and the fact two of my adult children have Samsungs, I decided this was the tv I wanted. It has a wonderful picture and sound....I'll probably be spending even more time in this room now!! Thanks to my hubby for a winner of a Mother's Day gift!!

I bought this Tv for my bedroom. Just the right size! It has a beautiful picture, great sound and easy to set up. I wasn't sure if the smaller size Tv's would have a good picture, but it does.

The Samsung 26 was a very bice TV, however upon opening the box it was obvious the TV would not fit in the space i had provided. The size Walmart provided prior to purchase was not accurate once the TV was assembled. I did not plug TV up, so, i can not evaluate the picture etc; i purchased a VIZIO from Walmart that was a perfect fit. Thanks

After having read and researched, I ordered this 26" SAMSUNG for my bedroom... NOT sorry. Very cool. Picure quality is just as good as my 42" Sony...and reviews were correct. Don't need 1080p for that size screen. The 720 is more than sharp enough. Sound very good. (And I have BOSE on the 42", so I know what I'm saying). This is more than enough! Another plus (that doesn't show online) is the shiny black piano finish on the frame! It's really sleek....I'm just over-all pleased with this set...and, I'm Picky! Also was pretty easy to program and select your preferences for picture etc. Widescreen, so get ready for that and select accordingly. I'm happy with this!

Purchased this set for a second TV. Outperforms expensive plasma as far as picture quality. It has most basic features but does not have the advanced Samsung features, like Anynet+, or PIP. Good combination of inputs and outputs for simple A/V systems. Samsung's setup takes a bit of getting used to. Had to perform the setup twice to get it right. I guess reading the manual first might help.:)
After much comparison, good buy for money and Walmart's "site to store" was wise choice.

I bought this Samsung because I had bought a cheaper "Generic" brand and it died just after the warranty expired. So I saw this Samsung at Walmart and I am glad I purchased it. You get what you pay for, and the price was even better then expected. The picture and sound are outstanding.It was even delivered a day before the delivery date. I highly recommend this Samsung HDTV. The 26 inch is perfect for the bedroom.

I live on a remote Az ranch and have only solar, wind and generator for power, so I had to have a good low power use TV. My old 19" analog TV used 81-110 watts. This 26" Samsung uses 51 watts. That means that my battery bank is 5% higher in the morning. That is a bunch when you are off grid. The only real problem I have with this TV is the low sound volume. I am fairly hard of hearing from being a Marine Rifle instructor. With the sound at 100%, I have a lot of trouble hearing the speech in movies. The close caption is like a lighting bolt in speed and of little use. The only way I know of, is going to a low cost home theater system and this means more power usage and the loss of mute and volume control on the TV remote. For all that have no hearing problem, this TV is the best value for the money. Buy it and you will not be sorry.

It's the first time I ever use the flatscreen TV alone. Due its nice quality - both look appearance and brand, as well as, good deal to buy 26" TV size, I actually enjoy using this product, that's for sure.
Yet, one of the things that I'm most disappointed about is a couple of screws for attaching the TV's bottom base - if not putting the TV on the wall - were missing. At first, I looked everything inside the delivery box. But only two out of the three screws were still not there. So, I guess I have to go to hardware store to get similar screws with it.
Due to my hearing impairment, the other thing I'm also disappointed about the TV is closed caption that doesn't always show up quickly right after I flip a channel. Without having the remote control adjustment, it's like it takes 5-6 seconds for the closed caption to come back on TV screen again. For me, I wish all TVs with closed caption on is still intact every time I flip channels without any inconvenience or hassle.

I love this TV. It's the perfect size for the bedroom. The picture quality is wonderful and so is the sound. I also really like the sleep timer feature. This product shipped and arrived very quickly. It is simple to assemble (you just need to screw the TV into the stand) and hook up to cable. I would definitely recommend this TV.

Samsung is a very good tv, it rivals Sony in picture quality and value. One thing that sets Samsung apart from other manufacturers is the warranty. With Samsung, if your tv breaks within the first year, no matter what size your tv is, you are entitled to home service to repair your tv. The service center will ask you for several important things. You must have your purchase reciept to prove your in warranty, your model #, serial # and a version # which is on a sticker on the side of the tv, not the back. With other manufacturers, Sony, Pioneer, Panasonic, there is a limit to your warranty. Sony, panasonic, Pioneer all have size limits for in home service. If your tv in smaller than 37" these tv's must be brought into the service center. Panasonic's limit is 40" for in home service. Samsung tv's mnufactured in the past 2 years have a capisitor issue, they burnout and must be replaced. I work for a tv repair company and we have had at least 70 Samsung capisitor calls in the last 2 months. Samsung will fix it for free. Samsung in the best bang for your buck, all our technicians choose Samsung over all the rest.

I researched several tvs for my son's bedroom, and was pleased that Walmart offered it, and at a great price. I am leary of off brand electronics, so when I saw a quality unit like this Samsung at the great price, I jumped at it.

The TV was excellent. You can not get a better picture quality. The only problem we had and this had nothing to do with the TV, was this was to small a size for where we wanted to put it. We brought it back to the Wal-mart store and bought the 32" size which is a much better size for the space. And like all Samsungs the 32" it excellent also. The picture quality, features and sound are just terrific.

Plus adequate whistles and bells. Operation is simple, great picture and sound quality. Provides online and phone (toll free) help for troubleshooting. Has photo/music transfer via USB port, but not all cameras and music formats are compatibe with this TV. MP3/4 works; Sony Reader, Flash Cards/Drives, etc. Would have liked a rebate or an additonal discount. More than a Good Buy. Especially, like the zoom feature when viewing TV/movies.
