I purchased the Smart Balance with Omega 3 because I had a coupon and wanted to try it. On my first try I could taste a slight fishy aftertaste. I tried it several more times and each time it tasted slightly fishy. I had to throw it out.

I love this milk! It has a great taste and lasts longer than other brands. I liike how Smart Balance milk offers Omega 3s, protein and more calcium than whole milk.

This product is helpful, in that its shelf life is longer than regular milk. Its healthful aspects are the added supplements it provides. I have tried all three Smart Balance milk types and thoroughly enjoy them all.
Only wish my local Wal Mart carried this produc.
