Note: You must have a source of HD programming in order to take full advantage of the LG 32" LCD HDTV. Otherwise, the picture quality of an HDTV without an HD source may not be much better than a standard-definition TV. I was nervous about purchasing a flat screen but read previous positive reviews and decided to go ahead and purchase this one on-line. Fed Ex delivered the set one day before I was slated to receive and package was in good condition. TV was not too difficult to set up. The 32" size was just right for my bedroom. The picture is just great with digital cable. Presently I see no need to purchase HD as the picture is that good. Very pleased with Walmart's service and quality of the TV.

Worked like a charm for a year and 1 month...then...when I would turn it on, it would only come on for about 5 seconds then turn off by itself! A wasted lot of money. I own a Vizio 32" and a RCA 32" I purchased before the LG and they're working excellent!

Ive had this tv for a couple of years and I hv no issues . I currently connect my Internet to my tv and it shows great for Netflix etc. I strongly recommend this tv

It is a thing of beauty. Shiny black front frame & stand, (Swiffers not included), and a non glare screen. Assembly to the stand was easy (4 screws, phillips head type). Didn't wall mount it, so we can't write about that subject. The TV replaces a tube type in our living room, and it is our primary set. We are TV junkies. Enough said. Thanks to another reviewer, we switched it to ClearVoice first thing. The sound is very clear, and the volume can be heard over all household appliances. When we first got to see the difference an HDTV makes, we said "OMG!" No comparison possible. The specs say it displays 720P, but with a couple of the local channels, the info bar reports it's displaying 1080i! Impressed with the options for menu choices. Too many to mention, and frankly more than we will ever use. Auto channel scanning works very well. Streaming video looks excellent on this unit also. It has a 3 prong plug on the 5 or 6 (didn't measure it) foot power cord. Cord organizer on the back of the TV helps conceal them. The wife HATES seeing cords. The remote is long, slim, and includes 2 AAA batteries. One reviewer wrote that it had no previous channel button. It does. The "FLASHBK" button is just above the channel up and down button on the right side. Perfect for flipping between sporting events. Changing inputs is easy. The TV detects external inputs, and pressing the Input button displays a row of input choices. The detected inputs are not "grayed out". Using right and left arrows moves between choices (Blu-Ray, DVD, XBOX, etc.). There is a small delay between changing regular TV channels, but the overall improvement in viewing experience vastly outweighs that drawback. The screen saver is wonderful, and is on by default. We'd like this set to last a very long time. It swivels about 20 degrees left and right. We like that. A phillips head screw is included to secure the TV stand to whatever it sits on. A good idea (in my mind), since the unit is so slim and tall. I built a base that we could attach ours to. We have a climbing cat that sat on (and walked across) the old set. Made us a little nervous, but the base helps lower the center of gravity, and gives the TV more ballast. It tilts also, although we haven't found reason to use that feature. Overall, we are OMG! impressed, and hope (knock on wood) that this set is durable also. Hope this review helps if you are in the market for a new LCD TV.

I did not know what to expect when I bought a LG TV for the first time !! But this model has really been a pleasant surprise and we are well pleased with it so far these first 2 months that we have used it ! I am not sure why Walmart does not list it anymore, glad we got it when it was $309 ! Seems like all the other 32 inch LG TV's are higher priced! So I guess this review won't be of any help to anyone wanting to purchase this model LG 32LD350.

I bought this TV to replace an 11 year old tv that finally blew out. I love it. The picture is great, the features are great, and the sound quality is great. I have no complaints. I saw a few reviews here that complained about the sound. The sound needs to be adjusted. Once it's adjusted the sound quality is fine.

I have waited for a long time to get just the right HD, and this is the ONE. It was on sale at Wal-Mart and I got it at a great value. It has a wonderful PiX, and since this is my first HD I am just guessing but I am blown away! WOW what a difference. I also went the distance and got the DVR and that is just crazy! So, needless to say if you want a great LCD and HD TV go for the LG. You will not be sorry. Also, They have a great sale on them right now which only adds to the deal, SWEET!

I think this TV works really well! I had been researching TV's for a while and waiting for the right time to buy. I read the reviews on this TV and I agree with others that the sound is probably the weakest part of the TV. For what I use it for it works great. I keep the volume around 20 and have never gone over 40. Picture quality is terrific. I am usually just watching TV play the occasional video game. This has been a great investment for my family!

I purchased this TV a few weeks ago to replace a big back heavy 32 inch given to us a few years ago as a wedding gift for our bedroom. When the TV arrived, we were in the middle of home improving--TV has been set up for about 4 days now and we love everything about it. The picture quality is great. The only issue is that when I tried to set the TV on my DIRECTV remote--LG was not listed. I will have to call someone for this.

Totally love this TV. We bought it for our bedroom and it works great! Awesome picture and it was cheaper online than at the store and the store was sold out so we ordered online and got it for about the same price with shipping included. Had the TV at my house in 2 days! Can't beat it!

Exceeded expectations

I researched TV's in the 32" size and found this LG to be rated pretty high. This TV was only sold on the web site, so I ordered ship to home. It was worth the extra effort because the picture and sound quality blew away the comparably priced Vizio Walmart has piled up all over the store. The picture is stunning with deep blacks and stellar images. The sound is full and rich, even at low volume it's perfectly clear.
