i absolutly love this player, it has the features that i was looking for in a blu-ray . i also have a sony led tv and the blu-ray interacts with the tv with every aspect as the tv itself has. it also has a usb plug in on the front of the unit instead of pullying out the unit and looking for the plug in ,its very convenient to use and the picture quality is out of this world .when using regular dvds it makes the output of the dvd fantastic ,much better than just a dvd player .

I like this blu-ray player. It has alot of features. I used the wi-fi feature. This feature let's you stay updated on the software. You also can connect to many sites eg: Netflix, Sony Movies, and Music sites too. Of course some are a membership site. But the features are there and to me I like! The playback is great. Good picture! I would recommend this player to anyone.

This is a wonderful product that was bought as a package deal with a Sony surround sound system. When bought with the surround sound it was fairly pricey (around $500) so we spent quite some time deciding what to buy. The bluray player looks amazing, the sound is even better but we missed the "wireless ready" vs "wireless capable" description; in order for this product to stream expect to spend around $70-90 for a Sony LAN adapter; and it will have to be a specific Sony adapter - the system was built to only function with a specific model of LAN adapter that (surprise surprise) Sony manufactures. Don't waste your money on a random LAN adapter because the Bluray player won't recognize it. Overall it's a great product that I would recommend, just watch the fine print a little closer than we did if you want to stream.

The Sony BDP-S370 Blu-Ray Player is easy to set-up and use. It provides excellent picture and audio, with both DVDs and Blu-Ray discs. I bought a Panasonic HDTV just to fully enjoy this machine. I have a Netflix account and its ability to stream Netflix on-demand videos is practically a God-send.

I bought it as a gift for a friend who is nearly blind after doing a bit of research. In addition to being a Blueray disc player it has lot of other attractive features that he liked. He can read the large displays on the screen while listening to online music, movie guides, and the buttons on the player are raised allowing him to feel the buttons. Setup is a bit involved, so plan on spending a good 1 hour learning and familiarizing yourself with the features and functions.
Something really upsetting was the instruction booklet: it tells you the code for the TV but doesn't tell how to enter it!. Even the web site doen't and there is no telephone number to call either. We gave up on trying to use the remote for controlling TV.

I was disappointed to find that you have to buy a wireless adapter that costs 80 dollars. The picture is good, not like the picture i saw at my local walmart on the screen. the feature to use your iphone or ipod touch as a remote requires internet, disappointing. Unless your willing to pay 80 dollars for a wireless adapter, choose a different blu ray player.

Works exactly as described. I am very happy with it, and for the record...you do NOT need to purchase the $80.00 wireless USB LAN adapter. There is an Ethernet port on the rear of the DVD player, and as long as you have your router nearby (or you have a long enough Ethernet cable), you can connect the DVD player to your router. That is exactly what I did.

I was expecting for the price that it would already have what I needed to connect for the Internet Content Streaming. It does not. It needs another part which is about $80 at Best Buy. Walmart does not carry it. I returned it.
