This is a very strong mount and was very easy to install on the boat.
It hold the motor well and can be locked with a padlock for security.
The issue I have is that the plate the motor mounts to vibrates inside the mount that's installed on the boat. They have about an 1/8th of an inch of room to wiggle. This could have been eliminated by installed nylon or rubber grooves inside the aluminum tracks.
Other than that, it works great and I'm happy to have it on the boat since it let's me remove the entire motor in 30 seconds when it's time to store the boat.
