When looking at cameras online none caught my eye but this one. I only had a certain amount of money and this camera was in my price range and looked good. I LOVE this camera. I use it mostly for pictures of myself or friends and the clearness of the photos are AMAZING! I LOVE the clear skin setting, it makes your skin look soft and makes your eyes POP. I would recommend this camera for everyone.

I had gotten this camera as a Christmas present last year, I wanted this camera because my boyfriend at the time had the same one. EVERY time I take a picture the shutter time is sooooo slow! UNLESS you are taking a picture of a dead person DO NOT get the camera! I could NEVER catch an image of my daughter with out it being smudged and blurred!! UNLESS you have a stiff arm dont buy you will regret it! Spent hundreds and this year I REFUSE to use it!

While at the sales price of $119.95, you get allot of camera. Well, when it was $199 a couple years back, it was a pretty sweet price for the technology. However today, for just a few dollars more, you get a more superior camera.
I did not own this model, but my first Digital Camera was in 1993 I believe it was with the Kodak 40. It was a little more than half a magazine size. Then moved onto the 50 and have not looked back. Sadly, I have more digital camera's than any 10 people require.
Compare this to some of Sony's newer lines, as well as a sweet deal I picked up during Cyber Monday, on the Samsung 850F. I was about to purchase my first DSLR camera at about $899, but when I considered I would easily have 2K into it in no time wanting more lenses, I took a step back for now and picked up the Samsung. With the discount that say at $279, with the $50 off Cyber Monday, an additional 20% off coupon I had, it came to 210 Bucks. Sure, $120 is 90 dollars cheaper, but you are buying almost 3 year old technology. If you want a camera like this today, pop it in your pocket like most, you probably should look at other lines as well, Pentax, Sony, Samsung and others. Nikkon has a nice one, well under $300 that offers a 35X optical zoom. Consider viewing this Wal-Mart link that pulls up the Samsung line of point and shoot and you will see them for less and a bit more than this camera. As long as you are aware it is a discontinued close-out item, you still are getting allot of Camera for the price. It is only 720p, compared to price comparisons using 1080p.
If you look at nothing else, look at the Optical Zoom's. This particular model is 4X Optical (no real shooter ever uses the DIGITAL zoom) and others in this category, around this price range, offer 10X Optical or more. This Sony product seemed to be much more flimsy than other Sony products I own. Small battery and the entrance to where the battery and card is inserted is difficult to manipulate. I was shocked to see how poorly the camera was packaged when it arrived.....it was in a flimsy plastic envelope that had a hole in it......surprised the camera survived such poor shipping!!! Just the day before I received another electronic product from WalMart....a slide viewer.....packed in a box 3 times its'
size and lots of packing around it! Some one in the shipping department needs advice in packing.

I bought this camera for my mother in law because she wanted a point and shoot camera that she could use with ease. This camera does just that. She takes wonderful pictures and videos of her grandchildren with this camera and she didn't even have to read the manual. She LOVES the smile detection feature, especially since most of her pictures are of the grandkids, it makes an almost perfect picture every time. She highly recommends this camera to any beginner that wants good quality pictures.

I love this camera! I bought it for my project I was planning to do in the fal and I charged the battery as soon as I got home. It only takes about 1 hour to charge it!! It takes such clear shots. I reccommend getting a SD Card (I bought an 8 G for 8.99) and buying a pounch, but not buying another camera! This is such an amazing camera, I'll never get a different one. I ♥ it!

This is an awesome camera, light weight, cheap & excellent picture quality. Walmart's pricing is always low and the product they sell is always high quality. That's why i prefer Walmart for purchase. I highly recommend this camera because of so many features it has. So far i did not got the blurry picture even when my hand shake. Camera is durable also. So dont give second thought buying it.

i bought this camera to upgrade a kodak camera i have, but the pictures on this camera were about the same. the pictures were not bad, but not an upgrade either. what i really had a problem with was the zoom. i didn't pay attention to that when i first bought it, but it doesn't zoom far at all! i ended up taking it back and bought a samsung smart camera instead, which i love, the pictures are a lot clearer and the zoom is 18x instead of 4x. this camera is great for someone who is buying a camera for the first time, just not really an upgrade. good camera though.

This is by FAR the best camera I have ever owned. The zoom is spectacular and for the price? WOW! This felt like a spy camera compared to my other cameras. The picture quality was great. Sadly, the lens broke when it was dropped pretty hard. But even after that, it was still tickin. I gotten one other camera since, and I still miss this camera. For those of you who enjoy taking embarrassing/useful/interesting pictures of your friends from a little far off, this is a good camera.

The camera takes HORRIBLE pictures and 99% of the time they are blurry and distorted. If you don't keep your hand PERFECTLY stiff, your pictures will all be ruined. I have tried changing the camera settings and everything and every time the picture is a mess. It is embarrassing when I have to have someone re-take a picture 3 times and then I end up deleting all of them because they are fuzzy or unclear. I have had many, many cameras, and this has never happened before with any of my previous cameras. I feel like having this camera is absolutely pointless since none of my pictures come out well and a waste of money.
