Even though this pillow is huge and takes up a lot of space on our queen size bed, it's really helped me stay on my side during my pregnancy as I am back sleeper. The first couple nights my neck did hurt because it was really puffy and my neck was elevated but as the acid reflux kicks in I am happy that it keeps my head a little elevated to help with that. I would recommend this product for anyone having trouble staying on their side. It does come with a case but it's super thin and white and hard to take off. Wish it came with different case options. I think I am going to sew a case to keep from having to struggle getting the current case off and back on after washing.

I can't believe I waited so long to get this pillow! I started having back and hip problems at about 14 weeks. Couldn't get comfortable at night and had trouble sleeping. Thought $50 was pretty steep for a pillow but at about 5 months I couldn't take it anymore and ordered it. So glad I did!! So so comfortable. Now I do have to say the first night my neck was a little sore, wasn't used to a poofy pillow under my head. But after that night total comfort! Now we have a king size bed so it works for us. Hubby doesn't get edged off the bed. Smaller beds and this pillow will take up A LOT of room! Also I am 5'3 and a size 16. I think it helps if you aren't too tall or too skinny. This pillow will swallow you up! The taller you are and you can't use the pillow in multiple different ways, but may not need too. Also real disappointed that the cover is impossible to get off and on. Just consider that you won't be able to clean it. I just took an old pillow case and cut the closed side and slid it around to where my head is. So I can at least wash that.

I am 21 weeks pregnant with twins and looked at various pregnancy pillows from different retailers. Although this pillow was one of the least expensive, it had excellent reviews, so I choose it. It is definitely worth every penny spent! I previously had 8 pillows wrapped around me in a U shape each night for comfort, and that was not doing the trick for a full, good night's sleep. This pillow actually takes up less space in bed than my 8 pillows, making me even closer to my hubby, and it has the perfect "puffiness" in all the right places for complete comfort. I find it comfortable to sleep, even reversing side to side all night, and even as a "nest" for when I'm on my back. It is versatile for putting between your legs, or propping your legs up, or surrounding you completely if needed. Some reviewers complained about the difficulty of the cover, but I plan to wash in cold water and not dry it to ease putting it back. Overall A+++++

The pillow is excellent ! I was in so much pain in my back and hips but when I got my pillow it all went away... I could finally sleep again! I would totally recommend it to anyone pregnant or even with back pain. This pillow has made my 2nd trimester bearable!

This is my wife and I's second pregnancy, and the difference between the first one and this one is like night and day. She could barely sleep and get comfortable with the first baby, but I bought her this pillow for the second baby and it seems to have made a world of difference. At first she tried it and it wasn't that comfortable, but once she mimicked the sleeping position on the product packaging, she's slept like a rock.

This is the best pillow I have in my house. When I first layed down on it I felt it cushioned my entire boy and supported my neck really well. I wake up in a lot of pain most of the time since my neck is usually unsupported but since I bought this pillow I have never had any problem. It has been a year now that I have had my pillow and I am ready to purchase a new one. I love it and I can't keep my kids off of it because they think it is so comfortable. I would recommend this to EVERYONE!

I love this pillow! I am in my second trimester and was experiencing a LOT of lower back pain, after using this pillow for a few nights my back pain is nearly gone and I am sleeping MUCH better! Only downfall is that it is difficult to snuggle up next to my hubby but otherwise this pillow is a great buy!

It is big and the cover doesn't have a zipper.
It says to remove cover and wash before use.
I couldn't get the cover back, it needs a zipper for such a big pillow.
