Great little washer for apartments. However, I was disappointed with the packaging. I picked up in Hastings, NE for my handicap Sister, but when we opened the box the unit had a big dent in it.
It still works, but not happy about the dent. Only in town for a short period of time so no time to return. Would really like a discount.

I purchased this machine over 18months ago, and i waited this long to give a fair review,arrive well packed, to place the bottom was no problem I just place the screws in different order and adjust a little at the time, is VERY quiet(not ninja quiet),no leak at all cleans much better than laundromat machines, regular wash is around 25-30min from star to end,i wear size 22 jeans and i could fit 3 of them at once, or 3 oversize towels, spins almost dry i have a family of 4 and do laundry twice a week, i have the freedom of washing at any time without hauling my laundry up and down the stairs,make sure to leave the water running for the spin cycle because (i used to close the water before until i found accidentally) it sprinkles twice before wash is done.

I read the reviews before purchasing, sorted with bad reviews at the top. The only thing I heard from them was some people thought it was noisy? This machine is NOT noisy. It is not totally silent, but it is a WASHING MACHINE!
One or two people got a 'lemon' from the factory, but that just happens. Mine was great and works flawlessly.
Suggestion: I always turn it on regular wash & the middle water level then add my soap and let it begin agitating. Then I turn if off and add clothes. After 'sinking' the clothes I turn the machine back on and tell it to do a heavy wash at high water level. This begins additional water to enter the tub, but it never leaks this way.
I may be imagining it but it seems that if I let if fill to the highest water level before putting in the clothes, it seems to overflow (leak).
I like it so much I am considering a dryer, which I never even considered until I saw the washer quality.

I was pleasantly surprised by this machine, its compact, does a great job washing, its quiet, doesn't take up much room and is great for an RV. I was sceptical when I first saw the machine but I did 5 loads the first time using the machine and it was fast, efficient and the clothes were clean. I'm a happy camper. The price is awesome and will pay off since I won't have to go to the laundromat as much. Blankets, comforters and big towels will need a larger machine unless you buy the larger machine.
I rated durability as good since I have just started using the machine, makes sense right? I rated value the same for the same reason.

I've had mine about 8 months, so far no problems. I only problems the first few times because I didn't know to shut the water off after it filled and flooded my floor a couple times. The only pain is waiting for rinse cycle to turn water back on, fill it, shut back off. But it sure beats Laundromat and not enough quarters and hauling all the laundry up and down stairs! Very easy install! You learn how much you can put in for it to wash effectively, too much and it's a strain on machine and you can hear it so you take a few things out. About the size of 2 average size kitchen trash cans. I also bought Avanti dryer too.

We purchased this portable washer to use in our RV for an extended road trip, so we could keep up on our day-to-day laundry. This way we would only have to use campground facilities infrequently or for extra large clothing/bedding. We were pleasantly surprised at both the capacity and the cleaning ability of the Haier. I can't really speak to durability as we've just begun to use this product. Our RV using friends were actually a bit jealous.

We just got it 3 days ago. It's a little smaller than our previous Haier portable washer, but it runs great and some of the previous small issues with our older model have been improved - (draining hose would sometimes come off on the old one, the connecting hose leaked). The wheels were also easier to get on this one. If you live in a small space, you can't beat these little washers.

Ordered one and it was broken upon arrival. The panel on top would not light to indicate anything. I could not get it fixed so I returned it. Then I ordered a second one and it also was broken and leaked water underneath. Again I could not get it fixed and returned it. I would not recomend this product to my enemy much less a friend? R. L.

I'm a renter and the owner lied and never put in the laundry shed. I didn't drive for a while and had to ask for a ride to the laundry mat, hated it. Finally bought this machine, love it! We didn't tighten everything right but when we did, YES!!!!, it works better than expected. Wrings out very well, low on noise, beeps to let you know cycles. Yes I recommend it!

The washer is a lifesaver for me. I moved into a small house with washer/dryer hookups in an exterior entrance basement that I couldn't get to. I hooked it up in my kitchen & it slides underneath my the countertop overlap next to the fridge. I just pull it out when I need it. I have had it about 2 weeks & done about 6 loads. I can't do too many loads a day, then I run out of room to hang them to air dry. I have only overloaded it once, the sweater & jeans was just too much for it to handle, it kept beeping off balance. No other problems with balancing. Just balance the fabric to the quantity.
It does exactly what it is supposed to do, I just have to train myself to not wash large loads since I was used to the commercial size in an apartment complex. It was very easy to assemble. The drain hose was on the correct side, so I didn't have to switch it. The only issue I have, is the leaking at the faucet. This most likely is my faucet with the problem. I've had people tighten it, I have tried the extra rubber washer. I just throw a wash rag over the faucet & let it catch the water & drip. The water is not on that long enough to waste. I would recommend this product to anyone. I will eventually get the dryer to match, but will have to put it in another room so it can vent out.

I bought the set and I must say the shipping was a little slow, also while my order was processing the washer was put on back order . Issues was cleared up and I received it a week later than expected. But with that being said I love this set! I am a mother of 3 and family of 5 I was spending 60 a week at laundry mat. money was not the only issue for me using community laundry, filth, and inconvenience were also a factor. So the convince of washing at home is a luxury for me! Also the clothes are cleaner than ever yes the drier takes a long time but I will take that over a laundry mat any day! I would recommend these to anyone in similar situation. Also I'm not sure the cost to operate as utility's are included. These are nice because the can be stashed in a closet when not in use. They have already paid for them selves!
