The Montego Full Size Futon Frame is a great way to add that additional sleeping space, while accentuating the overall decor. With clean, simple, lines and the cutout design on the side panels, this futon frame has a contemporary look. The bold contemporary styling is highlighted by a rich walnut finish. The low-profile armrest further accentuates the look. It is a strong and sturdy bed with a plantation hardwood and metal construction. It is pretty easy to assemble as well. Featuring a 2-position front operational front mechanism, this walnut futon frame can be folded back into a couch when not in use.

Looked great, but the frame broke after 3 months

I thought this futon looked beautiful when I got it. We ordered it with the futon mattress which unfortunately arrived damaged so we sent that back, but we bought another one and put it together and thought it looked beautiful. Had it up for 3 months where it was used maybe 10 tens when my Mom or son came to visit on the weekends and the last time it was used, my son sat on it and the frame cracked! He's under 200 lbs and it's supposed to be able to hold more weight than that so we were very disappointed. Fortunately, it's within the time limit so we'll return it and look for something more durable?

Very poorly constructed

On first site this futon frame looks good, the wood sides are attractive enough.However, the metal frame and one wood railing running across front are very poorly constructed and cheaply made. We brought it home, putit together per instructions. My husband sat on it in the middle (he weighs 190 lbs.) and the frame completely broke in half in the center and collapsed to the floor. Very very dissapointed in this product.

This futon at $350 was not the least expensive option. However you do get a pretty good looking piece of furniture for this price. The mattress is very good for sleeping. The only negative is with the weight of the mattress makes it difficult for one person to fold the futon from a bed to a couch. You really need two people.

I love this futon.
The ship to store is a great option - with no problems what so ever.
The Walnut ends are very nice looking.

This is a great bed, arrived earlier than promised and was fairly easy to assemble. The wood is a very nice quality and the bed folds back into a couch pretty easily.

Its was easy to put together toke only about 45 mins. the best part about it the is one peace not like other ones where its two halfs and you have to screw it together. the bars that keep them in place are way better to because there bigger and thicker so it wont bend when you sit on it or lay down. the only problem was it did not included the wing nuts but it really wasnt need plus those cheap at your local hardware store.
