Jillian Michaels Natural Whey Protein Powder is perfect for women looking to tone up. I use it after each strength workout. I use a shaker cup and mix it with regular unsweetened almond milk. It tastes delicious! It also tastes pretty good with regular milk too.

We love this product and use it daily. We do use it as a meal replacement even though it is not designed to be that. But it does fill us up so that if we do get a wee bit of hungry before lunch time a peice of fruit takes care of that. Excellent product! Mixes well and leaves no bad aftertaste at all. We have only tried the Chocolate, not the Vanilla.

I love the triple chocolate shake by itself with water and I love it as a smoothie when I mix it with yogart and fruit in my blender. It makes a great meal replacement when used as a smoothie. It's all natural. I use the shakes in conjunction with Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I will be stocking up on more before I run out.

I use this every morning for my breakfast. I put a little ice in the bottom of blender, 1 1/2 cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk Vanilla flavored (only 45 calories!) and two scoops of the protein (read the instructions) I use two as meal replacement, then blend! Tastes like a shake. I don't crave sweets and my blood sugars (I'm diabetic) have come down and leveled....I highly recommend this product. Would love to try the vanilla flavor, however I can't find in my two local Walmarts.

I really like the protein content of this product, 15 grams, and it is lower
in calories than other protein drinks in the market. I highly recommend it for
those who were in Nutrisystem before - a very healthy and balanced alternative

I like the flavor but not the fact that it does not dissolves quickly leaving lumps for me to flatten with a spoon. Also it gets "thick" which in the beginning made me gag a little. Not bad, but not the best out there.

I bought both the Chocolate & vanilla whey protein powder. I prefer the taste of the Chocolate. My favorite combo is the Whey powder, skim milk, peanut butter & a few ice cubes. Mmmm!

So, today I went to go buy a protein powder called "BODY FORTRESS" I read TONS of GREAT reviews on it, but when I went to go buy it, YOU cant buy that powder with food stamps. :( Which is ok, Cuz I get paid this week and I DEF. plan on buying it!!
However, I did pick this one up after reading some OK reviews on it... I do INSANITY workouts and I was in DIRE need of a protein supplement fast to drink post workouts. So, I purchased the tripple chocolate. After my workout I decided to make my normal shake, I had made with "EAS whey protein" in the past (which that one is good, but put too much BULK on me. So It's prob more of a powder for guys.) Ne ways I mixed in: 1cup vanilla almond soy- 1 scoop of the powder- 1/2 banana- 6 strawberries and 1cup of ice. I started to drink it and it was just too SWEET! And not even the good kind of sweet you want.. Next time Im prob gonna only use 1/2 scoop and see if that helps, which will be less protein but oh well. I WILL BE FINISHING THIS PROTEIN POWDER, BUT I WILL NOT BE BUYING IT EVER AGAIN!

Don't waste your money on this product! I tried the chocolate and vanilla and both are very weak in flavor compared to other powders I've used in the past. I will need to double the amount of powder per 6-8 oz portion. The only positives are the ingredients!

Bought the chocolate flavor & I'm very happy with it. I've tried 4 other brands of protein, which all had a "chemical" flavor that I didn't like. Then I bought this protein because it reportedly has "No Artificial Sweeteners, Flavors, or Colors". When I tasted it I was pleasantly surprised, it really does taste more natural. The flavor is better than I thought I'd ever get from a protein shake. I also like that it contains Stevia vs. other sweeteners.
How I mixed it: 1 scoop in a blender with 8oz. of chocolate low-carb milk & 4 large ice cubes. While blending, the shake thickened up so much that it actually slowed-down my blender. The consistency was VERY rich & creamy like a thick ice cream milkshake, the flavor was good, and the shake filled me up for hours. And only 180 calories TOTAL for something that filling! Unbelievable. I'll be using this regularly as a post-workout shake and also as an occasional meal-replacement. Next, I'm trying the vanilla flavor to mix with fresh fruits & berries.

So I first tried this product with water... bleh. It was drinkable, but it was chalky and somewhat tasteless. HOWEVER, mix this with some chocolate soy milk and it makes a huge difference! It tastes like a good chocolate milkshake to me, so now it's not so bad.

I have only been using this product for a couple of days so not sure how it helps with weight loss, but i can say so far i dont much care for the taste, i mix one scoop in with smart balance fat free milk, it is kind of climpy when you mix with a spoon, not quite as chocolaty as i would like but it is drinkable, definitly need to find new ideas to help the taste.. but all in all does what it says.

This is actually a pretty yummy whey protein mix. I have ONLY had it mixed with water and it is totally drinkable to me. It is a little clumpy if you only mix with a spoon. I found that it blends pretty well if you shake it up in a bottle (preferably a wide mouth bottle so that you can actually pour the mix into it.) You can not beat the price and the # of calories for the amount of protein you get out of the mix. I will be buying the chocolate flavor again.

Let me say i was skeptical at first thinking will this work or am i just wasting my time and money? Anyways bought the product almost a week from now and i gotta say at first the taste was just not as i expected to be (ewwwww) but then again its a protein shake, not all protein shake taste like cake unless its artificial. In a good note i've lost 5lbs since trying this product and im gonna stick with it until i reach my goal weight which its closer than i thought. Happy and Satisfied!
