Ordered in cinnamon cherry colour, wich is verry dark. Took for ever for walmart to send'it at my store, i allmost gave up on it. But, look nice, not that small as i thought. I couldnt assembled by my self, you need 4 hands on this. I was expecting a better wood quality, cause look a little bit cheap, but after all, i got what i payed for.

Liked it so much ordered couple more. A good deal for 25 dollars.
Pros:
1) LOOKS like natural solid wood.
2) Packaging was AWESOME.

1) It is not solid wood but particle board but with a VERY nice veneer finish so nicely done people won't really find out it is actually a particle board!
2) Putting together can take a little bit of time, I put it together incorrectly the first time and so had to dismantle and put it back again.

I needed a tall TV stand and high boy stands are kind of pricey so I bought this bookshelf. When I assembled it, I put one shelf close to the top for the DVD plater and cut a hole in the backing for the cord. So now I have a high TV stand with TV on top, dvd player and an area for knick knacks. I was pleased with it, looks good and easy to put together. I did fasten it to the wall seeing I have a TV on top which makes it top heavy and I have small grandchildren.

I bought this adorable little bookcase to hold my school textbooks, which were all over the house. It was a snap to assemble... did it by myself in about 10 minutes, and it's very sturdy and looks terrific. Small enough to go against a hallway wall, which is where I put mine.

I searched the Web looking for a used bookcase as I didn't want to spend too much money, I'm thrifty (cheap). I discovered this bookcase on Wal Mart & found I would spend as much, sometimes less, than for a used one. BUT, this bookcase was the exact size I needed, the used ones were not. I bought two & will buy another to completely cover a whole wall in my man cave. They assembled easily, are sturdy, match my decor, and are good-looking. Although they aren't solid wood, so far (two months) they are holding up even in my dampish environment with the shelves loaded with books. I probably should have rated the bookcase a 5 for value, but I didn't, so there.

I bought my first 3 of these bookcases about 10 years ago and they have withstood 4 moves and 4 children. I'm now purchasing 3 more to to add to my growing collection of books. I also need an even number of bookcases because they also stack very nicely on top of each other. That's how sturdy they are.

The appearance shelves belie their inexpensive cost. They look great! I chose the Misssion Cherry finish which looks so much better than any of the cheap, white finished shelves more commonly offered in this price range. Using the in-store pick-up option for free delivery saved even more money, and delivery was spot on time. The shelves were a snap to assemble. $29.00 very well spent!
