Walmart sells the best Dickie shorts. They are softer (for those that dislike the stiff dickies), the belt loops are the thin larger ones, so you can fit any belt size through. Lastly, they actually have a button vs the metal hook kind.... button offers more security.

Purchased for my son who works in a warehouse, this brand of shorts is the only one approved by his employer. Material and construction look very good. Dickies has been a work-wear manufacturer for quite some time; my dad wore this brand for years. Quality initially looks as good as it was years ago.
