I am VERY impressed with these speakers! The sound is crisp and clear and the sub woofer makes listening to music all that much better. It puts that extra "oomph" in sound that makes it so pleasant and awesome. I would expect these speakers to cost more so this is a steal!

While these speakers won't rattle your windows they are loud enough for an apartment. These speakers are very small and light weight but don't let the size fool you. Logitech products are good and these are no exception. The sound produced by these speakers far exceeded my expectations. Excellent speakers for someone on a tight budget.

As a full-time college student, living on campus, these speakers are the perfect size for my dorm. The sound quality is great and the price was even better. This is an absolute "must have" for dorm rooms.

I have other Logitech products, they always work as advertised. Strong Bass, good mid and high range, great speakers, used them on my new 32" flat-screen. TV speakers don't work very well.

The ratings were high for this product, but the actual performance was below what I expected. Like everyone else, I read the reviews and the specification data. 17w RMS / 34w PMPO, but the Speaker System itself cannot exceed the maximum setting on your Desktop/Laptop system.
These speakers are great, if they're going to be used on your desk,... less than 3 feet from your ears, but at a distance,... in your garage, bathroom, or connected to your TV in the Living Room,... --not enough sound :-(
As it turns out,... I returned this product, and purchased (3) Altec Lansing VS2620's for the Bathroom, Garage and Living Room. What a HUGE difference !!!

This speaker system was just what I needed for my home office and I liked the fact that it included the sub-woofer as well for just under $25.00. I really liked the sound quality I got from such a small system. It was just the right amount of bass I needed for my home office and videos/music sounded perfect. I was shocked.
However, you get what you pay for. Setup was quite simple and at first it was plug and play. The issue arose on day 3 when the system quit working. At first I thought it was my computer but after review of the audio drivers and settings everything checked out. The speakers would not allow the computer to recognize that they were there.
My next thought was to look over any manuals or information that came with, there is NOTHING! I had nothing to read through or resort back to for troubleshooting. I then attempted numerous sites in search of troubleshooting help and tips for this speaker system which turned up nothing.
I never could get them to work on my computer, which has Windows 7 professional. I will have to soon return them to Walmart/Site to Store. I hope that process is not a hassle.

I wanted this for the remote control of myTV sound using a headphone. I found 2 problems: The corded remote did not reach from the TV set to a nearby chair; and the sound control of the unit in headset mode was too low to hear it. If you are not interesed in headphone operation and don't mind the short remote cord the sound is really great. I returned the unit because it did not do what I wanted.

No Bass Subwoofer Speaker System

This Speaker System is just fine for general use. (i.e.) watching TV,etc. It is a descent replacement system if your monitor's sound doesn't work anymore or the speakers you have are not working. But, if you are planning on buying these to enhance your current system, do not waste your money. This system isn't much if any better than the factory speakers or monitor speakers you already have. The bass on the little powered subwoofer is virtually null. I unplugged the satellite speakers that come with this, to just hear the bass from the subwoofer & was VERY disappointed. Yes the satellite speakers are fine, but forget about any bass coming from the subwoofer. Might as well not even have a subwoofer. Not good at all for listening to music with any bass in it!

I did my homework and begrudginly picked these speakers,not believing the reviews on all the sites, but figured for twenty bucks, why not? I was very surprised at the sound quality for the price. Don't let the price fool you, you will be impressed .You will not beat them unless you are willing to spend a lot more in the classic case of diminishing return..And as usual, Walmart proved they are the top online retailer with the best price and very fast shipping.

After scanning many different websites carrying speakers & reading endless reviews these Logitech S220's seemed to be the speakers to try, & was I right! First of all, they arrived in about a week & when I saw the small box I got a little worried but after hooking them up I was amazed with the high quality sound for such a small price. For 25 bucks, go for it, you'll be glad you did!

The speakers and the bass are great! Specially for the price. I honestly didn't have to high of expectations for these speakers since they are fairly cheap in price. However, when I turned them on I was blown away with the quality and the sound of the speakers. There is a reason why these speakers have so many positive speakers.

Not the best sound money can buy but for basic all around sounds for video games or computer movies it's one of the best bangs for the buck. I've always had logitech and my x230 and z5500 series were always reliable and output great sound. Highly recommend for those tight on cash. I'm particularly fond of the power and volume control which are on a wire and come out close to the user instead of on the speaker which is the norm making it easier to switch on and off and quickly control volume without reaching very far.
