This is a nice cable to do both from an HMDI Out to a DVI In and the other way around, i have used it both ways and the only fault i have found is that the HDMI audio doesn't come through. but maybe im doing something wrong.
Walmart's Packaging is way over-done, (box+peanuts+wire packaging) but thats not the products fault, thats just Walmart...
other then that, its great for gaming (which is what i use it for mainly) and i love showing off my pictures onto my TV from my other computer i do my photos on (using the wire the other way) just a word to the wise, make sure u set up the computer to the tv a good 30 min before use, to work out resolution things with the computer and TV, this can become very stressful if your unsure of what you are doing
