Bought this for 20 bucks during after Christmas rollback. I am not overweight but really need to get in shape as far as energy level, muscle tone, strength. etc. The basic "need to be in better shape" I don't like doing exercises. Who does? This looked do-able and the price was certainly right.
The first day I did a cd session. I did feel it and was sore the next day. Could certainly go on the third day (after the recommended rest day for cardio). Could do most exercises with no problem (the plank was evil and couldn't really do that one and the one with the ABS adduction on the floor was tricky to get the hang of simply due to it not feeling secure enough to do the exercise). Could do some on the lvl 2 and some on the lvl 3.
The conductor of the videos is not annoying as some are and the videos are short and sweet. I came to the end without ever wishing for the end like soooo many exercise videos.
I don't know that I would recommend this for someone who works out regularly at the gym as they would be getting the benefits needed elsewhere. It would however, be a compact travel companion for them if needed.
I would recommend this for anyone else. It is low impact, gentle and easy to use. By far one of the best exercise purchases I've made in years and I've made a lot.

I think, for the money, it should have come with the accessories.
The workouts are great! I like the meal guide, too.
One flaw in the making of this product...they assume everyone is smart enough to use it. You just have to be more intelligent than the equipment and you will do great!
Overall...LOVE IT!

I purchased this at Walmart because it looked to be similar to a thighmaster but BETTER because of the added resistance.... After I tried it I thought it was great! The only thing that was uncomfortable was the plastic against my knees and inner thighs... so what I did was I called ICON customer service and they sent me out the pads for it that attatch w velcro.. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Now I really am enjoying my new ABS product! I also use this for my triceps by standing it up tall on the arm of the couch or on the edge of my bed and I do the pilates Hundred w it... so far so good.... although I dont totally agree w the price... I would say $30
