The Mainstays Sand Dune Folding Padded Chair is an ideal addition to your garden, patio or poolside. Made from steel, this Sand Dune chair is rust resistant, and can withstand different weather conditions. Each set has two portable folding chairs. The safety lock ensures stability of the chairs. These lightweight chairs can be folded and easily stowed away when not in use. The cushions on the chairs are filled with polyester to offer maximum comfort. I'm a 6ft 5in tall & a 450 lb. guy and this chair is actually wide enough, sturdy and very comfy too!! I do have a knee problem and these chairs do sit a little bit low. But 2 chairs at this price is a deal for my big butt!!

These chairs are very comfortable, even for short people, and those with bad backs! Easy to fold up and put in closet. They come with a locking feature which is easy to use and locks the chair for sitting safely.

I bought a set of these chairs last summer. For the price they are good, solid chairs for those who are weigh more. Loved them so much that I bought another set this summer, was so happy to see that they were still available. The only complaint would be that when you fold them to move them they might open back up. To eleviate this, I just rotate them once and carry them by the side where the handle is, then they can be moved with no problems.

These chairs that I purchased are much better and more comfortable that I ever thought. I bought them for my Dad and he is more than thrilled. They are heavier than your standard folding chair, but not too heavy for an 88 yr old man to carry. Excellent all the way around!

These chairs are very sturdy and comfortable . The dark metal frame is a nice touch. I love the fact that they fold and can be stored easily. My only complaint is the cushion color, they are described as sand dune, but are very light in color more of a cream. And although I knew there was green stripes throughout the fabric, I did not realize how bright green it truly is. Over all the comfort and convenience of these chairs outweighs the disappointment in the cushion color.

Just received the chairs and they were packaged very nicely and appear to be nice and sturdy.
I love that I'll be able to fold them up and lean them against the house so they'll be out of the rain.
It should be noted that there is a vivid green line in the fabric. if you click the picutre, you can faintly see it (at least it appears faint on my computer).
It is actually a vivid green, like a spring green. It isn't bad, in my opinion, but I couldn't tell from the website photos here.
On a side note, I sprayed mine with a silicone waterproofing spray, like the kind people use on camping gear. Hope that helps them stay clean. The cushions are NOT removable.
