My husband and I live in Waikiki, Hawaii and have friends visiting soon. It was great to get online and have it sent so they can have some good insight into the island. Fabulous maps, honest reviews on a range of important "need to knows" while here. It's made our lives so much easier and I have to tell you that they are absolutely pumped about the trip...even counting down the days @ this point! Worth every penny for this book.

Great travel guide for a perfect Hawaiian vacation

We love traveling to Hawaii and have used the "Revealed" books in the past for vacations on Maui, Kauai and The Big Island. The books did not disappoint. Andrew Doughty, and often a coauthor, do a thorough and candid job of reviewing and rating accommodations, restaurants and activities on each of the major Hawaiian Islands. We have found their recommendations to be spot on. We wouldn't travel to Hawaii without first buying their books. Oahu Revealed looks like another winner. We highly recommend this book.
