This was the first pool we've gotten and we must say, we are very impressed with it and are completely satisified with our choice. We did a lot of looking around, asking around, and reading reviews before we finally crossed our fingers and took the plunge and bought this pool.
The pool was easy to set up. We've had it up for 2 months now and haven't had a single problem with it. I was mostly worried about a level place to put the pool and we ended up being a couple of inches off but it causes no problem at all.
We bought an additional salt water pump to operate with the pump that came with the pool and, aside from having to add a shock chemical to get the water balanced at first, we haven't had too do much at all to maintain the water. It takes a little daily attention to maintain but it's well worth it. Oh yeah, and the paper filters that come with the pool can be used several times before having to replace them. Simply spray them out to clean them.
We also bought the pool light for the pool and are very pleased that we did. It works really well with the size that we have (16') and it lights up the entire pool. Now, we can use the pool no matter what time of day!

This was the first time experience with a pool of any kind and must say that we are very pleased with this pool. We got the salt water system after reading all the reviews and glad we did. Set up was very easy. Took two of us less than an hour to set it up and start filling with water. The ground MUST be LEVEL and that was about a three week job. But worth it when done. The ladder is not very sturdy and the vaccum does not work very good for sand or small rocks but we can live with that.

This pool was easy to set up & a great value for the price. Our friend bought the larger rectangle pool & the saltwater filter that came with her pool wasn't big enough to filter her water so she gave it us. It works great. I haven't had to add any salt for 3 weeks now & the water is crystal clear. I run the salt filter for 3 hours a day. My husband bought a few parts at a hardware store so that we could hook the vacuum up to the clean water that is going back into the pool. Make sure you spend time leveling before you set up & fill your pool. We use a solar cover on our pool but the cover that came with it is very nice. The filter basket also works great.

We love this pool! It is a perfect size. Its easy to set up. Love the filter pump that comes with this pool. It can be set on a timer and will take care of itself! AWESOME!!!! Also purchased salt water system to use with this pool & pump. Love it all together! Would recommend this !

This pool was very easy to set up, and it is very durable. I have 3 large dogs who frequently jump up the sides of the pool, and it does not damage it, although I do discourage it. The maintenance kit is very comprehensive, and easy to use. The vacuum is a little tricky to use at first, but once you get the hang of it, it is very effective. I have had 6 people in the pool, all adults, and it has held up well. The ladder seems a little squirrelly, but it does hold up, even with person who weighs 250 pounds. It went up fast, and I enjoy it every day. The saltwater system make the water so smooth, and very easy to maintain.

The setup was easy and we had a great time in for about a week. Then the water started to turn green and we had to add more chemicals and change the filter already. Maybe its the hot humid weather of NC but have had a much larger pool for the past 5 years and never had green water. The filter does not pump hard enough and the water barely cycles. You can swim under water and just see all the crude floating around. Needs bigger pump.

the pool itself is great, very easy to put up, and take down! (but when we got our first pool, we were missing some parts, and we called intex, and they gave me the run around, but walmart took it back and swapped for a new one)! make sure you check the box for all its parts! set up was a breeze, i did it with my 12 year old son! took only 30 min, make sure you follow the directions, cause they do explain little things i missed! after filling it up about an inch you want to get all the wrinkles out, (i didnt do that) and i regret it! the ground NEEDS TO BE COMPLETELY LEVEL! after a week of trying different things we decided to hire a contractor to level the ground for us...thats the only way we got it right! you cannot back fill the low end with sand or dirt cause the pool will settle and the legs will sink...it needs to be on FIRM ground! we do have concrete pavers under the legs for more stability and that works fine! the ladder is NOT sturdy, but it hasnt collapsed on us yet! the filter is okay, but we will be getting a bigger one for next year! if you are planning on filling it up with a garden hose, it takes about 12-16 hours, depending on water pressure( we started at 4pm, and was ready around 830 next morning, dont forget to get the chemicals!walmart has everything you need, but we will be getting the saltwater filtration system next year, cuts down on cost of chemicals, and the burning eyes! All and All the pool itself is great, the hardest part was leveling the ground, but once you got the ground LEVEL, everything else is a breeze! i cannot stress enough about the ground being level! trust me , learn from my mistakes!

This is our first time with a pool like this one. We are using it on ground with a slight sand as fill in only. Pool assembly was quick. As recommended I layed the liner in the sun for a few hours to warm it up. Assembly may have taken 20 minutes like I said it is a snap. The only problem that I had was with the vinyl pool cover. It didn't last one pull on the string without tearing. I assembled the pool frame only to be sure that it fit within my leveled area. This is well worth doing and it too is fast.
Liner is refreshing and inviting to look at. Take the plunge and get this pool. The Ultra Frame is ultra nice.

I used to have a very nice above ground pool but when we built our new home we had to remove it. I bought this pool for my granddaughter and I absolutely love it. It recommends 2 people to put it together but I was able to do it alone. Went together easily. I like that the liner is all one piece. This pool will be moving so it makes it great that you can store it. Did not have to level my ground so I didn't have that headache. If you are gonna leave your pool, I suggest salting the ground under the pool to help slow grass growth.

Pool was very easy to set up. Took my husband about 15 mins. Its small but the kids are able to touch. We had 12 kids in at one time and they were all playing just fine. Great for the price!! Would recommend.

We purchased the 16x48 pool. The instructions were okay but could be confusing when attaching the skimmer. Overall the pool is worth the money. This is the first time I have had a above ground like this and very satisfied. Wasn't to hard to assemble.

Me and my 15yr old sister set this up in a little over two hours by the time it takes to make sure you have all the pieces and unwrap them and lay them out.But be sure the ground is flat the the most important.We are using Baquacil products for pool chemicals.No leaks this was my first time ever setting up a pool not hard pretty simple.We are enjoying it alot.

I just love our new pool! Setting it up was very easy. The hardest thing for us was getting the spot where we put our pool, level. That is no fault of the pool though; we just happen to live on a hill. Once the ground was level, my teenage daughter and I were able to assemble the pool in about 1 hour. We've enjoyed our pool for about 3 weeks now. We invested in the salt system and it is amazing how easy the upkeep of the pool is now. The water is crystal clear with almost no effort. The other thing I liked about the pool was the extras that came with it. There is a ground cover, pool cover, vacuum, automatic leaf and debris catcher, skimmer, ladder, and a complete filter system. It came with everything we needed.

This pool was so easy from set up to maintenance. We ended up ordering the salt water filter to go with it. Anyone looking for an extremely nice and easy pool should try this pool. I'd consider even getting a bigger one if we had the room. All the other reviews were correct and I'm glad they were there to help with my decision. My friends and family are amazed that this pool was so cheap and that I got it from Walmart. A+ all the way around.

this pool is very nice and very easy to setup. i beleave anyone could set this up with the dvd directions. it does take longer to unpack everything then it does to set it up. it took about 45 minutes to setup and and 10 hours to fill . i thought that was pretty quick for 5000 gals . for the money i thought it was a really good deal. the frame of this pool is very rugged feeling not like the other pools. we were swimming in it the next day.
