It's so hard to find cute toddler beds that don't have characters all over them and are gender neutral and affordable. This really fit the bill for what I was looking for. It was so easy to put together, I'm 6 months pregnant and did most of it on my own without straining or over exerting myself. The most difficult part was getting the slats to line up for the bottom, but even that wasn't too bad. The directions are very clear if you read them and check and double check the letters and which way the holes are supposed to face. It's my 2 year old's first "big girl bed" and she loves it. Now whether or not she will sleep in it will be a different story :)

I like the bed, and my son adapted very well to a big boy bed. My only complaint is that it took me about 2 hours to put it together by myself. Parts were labeled well and the only difficult part was aligning the wood slats and holding them in place while screwing the holding bolts in. Good value overall. Having 2 people would probably help.

Bought this bed for my 16 month old son. It did take quite awhile to put together. The mattress support slats were the hardest part. Overall I buy this bed again, and would most definitely recommend this bed to a friend. As soon as it was together and in his room, my son wanted to lay on it. Hopefully this bed will get him out of mine!

Nice looking Toddler Bed

We moved our almost 2 year old into this toddler bed about 3 weeks ago. She is doing so well in it. She can easily get in and out by herself. I put the bed together myself. It took me about 30 min. It was tricky in some spots but not too hard at all. Had my husband been there to help we would have finished a lot faster. This bed is very attractive and exactly what I expected to get. The walnut color is a bit darker then it looks. But very pretty.

this is a good bed for the price. It is not very easy to assemble, however. I would highly recommend that you have 2 adults available when you plan to put this together. the slats are the hard part, they don't want to stay in place and it takes one person to help hold them while the other completes the assembly. it is a beautiful bed once you get it put together. Our 19 month old granddaughter just loves her big girl bed!!

I ordered two of theses beautiful beds, for my two toddlers, for Christmas. They are extremely sturdy, well made, and will last well beyond the time my toddlers will need them. The only problem I had was the assembly does take quite a bit of time and it requires two people. I had to recruit a friend to help. Otherwise these beds are perfect and my toddlers love them:-)

bought three (twin girls, one boy) 4 years ago. Held up great, and good enough shape to pass on to someone else. Only one broken slat. Even survived being disassembled/re-assembled for a move.
My wife would get in bed with our son, and it survived that unscathed.
From other reviews, and the pictures that show screws on sides of legs, it appears that the headboard and footboard must now be assembled. Ours were glued solid, all you had to do was assemble to rails, side guards, and slats. The walnut stain on our bed was much darker as well.

This bed was very hard to assemble. The wood split, and the parts didn't fit. Either they were to big or too small. 4 hours later we got the piece of .... together. 2 of the mattress boards slide back and forth because the parts didn't fit.

i got this bed for my 18 month old son when i started putting it together it seemed easy to follow instructions until i tried and realized every one of the slats that the matress goes on were cut entirely too short even with the little pegs the center support was brorken i made longer pegs then the side rail split down the middle trust me dont waste your money you'd be better off putting the mattress on the floor

This bed is sturdy and functional. It is very low to the ground, which I really appreciate (don't have to worry about falls!). The color is much darker than the picture though. Some other reviews have said that it was difficult to assemble, but my husband did it by himself in less than an hour.

This was such a great deal and the bed is a great quality! My 2 year old loves to get in his big boy bed and had such a fun time helping dad and big brother put it together! The wood is the perfect match to the baby relax crib set he had before! Love this bed!
