I just used this last night for the first time and it is amazing! I'm very excited and looking forward to making my own baby's food since it is so easy to use. i just boiled all kinds of vegetables and put them in the Dex, added water and kaboom...my own baby food! I recomend this for every one, Just remember to use water to make the blending a little bit easier :)

This baby processor does exactly what I wanted it to...make healthy homemade baby food for my son. I didn't want a big food processor taking up a bunch of countertop space. I love this little machine and the ability to store the extra food I make right into the fridge! The price is a bonus.

I needed 2 food processors, one for my house and one for my grandmother's house, so I didn't want to buy 2 expensive products. This was an excellent choice. It works great. Did exactly what I imagine the more expensive one does. Made sweet potatoes and bananas on the first try. The directions are clear and concise, not confusing at all. Great buy!

I probably should have paid more attention to the size of this before ordering. I think this is more or less for someone who wants to make their baby food fresh each time it's time for baby to eat. That is not the case with us. We have very busy schedules and we prefer to spend a day preparing enough food for a few weeks that can be frozen and stored for later rather than having to steam enough food for one feeding and processing it right before meal time. The motor is not very powerful and in the instructions it tells you not to hold it down for more than 10 seconds and to wait a full minute between times, so if you're trying to puree a full cup, it could take you 10 minutes (this is with very tender steamed veggies). If you have the time to do all that, this product may be a great value for you at that price, but I just caught the ninja on sale for $19.99, so I'm not sure this is worth saving the extra $3.

It is excelllent it makes all the food in cream! I have a eight month old and I use it to make applesauce, peaches pears lentils beans chicken soup and mixed vegetables...for the price its a deal! I was gonna buy baby bullet but it was too expensive so I bought this one and im so happy!!! I recommend it 10000%

I was trying to make puree for my baby using hand blender as recommended by other people, which was very time consuming and not a good tool at all. I went to look for the baby bullet. It is too expensive. Luckily I found this product from Walmart.
It purees fruit in seconds if you add proper amount of fluid (water or juice).
The plastic is PVC and BPA free. So, it is safe to use for baby food.

I've had this product for about a month, and I had only used it maybe 7 times before it broke. At first I thought it was a great product because it worked very well, but then it just suddenly stopped working. If I could return this product, I would. Too bad I didn't keep the packaging! Do yourself a favor & buy something that will last longer & won't stop working right when you need it.

My baby's dr. gave me a green light for giving my 4 month old girl fruit and vegetable in a puree form. In Toys R Us i found expensive blenders that their rating weren't as great. I searched Amazon.com and came across this blender with a very good review and then i found out that Walmart has it with the same price and even better since then don't charge shipping so i ordered 2 of them one for me and one for my newly mom cousin! the blender is doing its job very well. the negative people mentioned in other reviews regarding the rubber is somewhat true so one has to be conscious after washing the blender to put the rubber back on correctly. I think the manufacturer also read the reviews because they have put this very yellow sheet that warns consumer about the rubber as well. another negative point is the fact that sometime the cup does not fall into the rotating motor so no matter how hard you press it down it does not rotate the blade inside so you have to move play with the cup to get it fit into the grove of the motor... overall for the price i am very happy with the product.

I saw some of the reviews and I was hesitant in getting this product but now I am happy I did. I am planning to buy one for my cousin who is giving birth in February. I use it to puree my daughter's meals. This product is perfect and I am happy I did not get the Baby Bullet.
