I purchased this camera for my 8yr old for the holidays. I couldn't justify spending $20 on a (plastic junk) camera marketed for kids, nor could I justify spending $100 on a "real" camera, so this was to be a compromise. It has reasonably good tech. features (but only digital zoom), and also records video, and has a screen. It is very easy to use/learn to use, and the pic quality is pretty decent. The only problem is that the batteries run out after a few hours! Maybe rechargeables will last longer?

i got this camera as a gift i was so excited bc it was my first one. the picture quality is not great. you have to stay reall still for it to come out perfect! they r always blurry the video doesnt have sound and it doesnt work anymore i have had it for maybe a year now and it doesnt work anymore.

I haven't used this camera because it is a gift but compared to other cameras researched this is a good starter camera with a slot for a memory card and at a slighty better price than comparable cameras. It also comes in either red or blue.
