This book is written as an American by an American and very instructive on how our political system really works. Mrs Palin's political experience as well as her inciteful knowledge of economics as shown by her pursuit of a good deal for Alaska on the Trans-Canada Pipeline is something we could use in our national political picture.

When you start doing some fact checking you'll quickly realize that much of what the author says is a work of fiction. The book that most closely resembles this one would be the Brother Grimm's Fairy Tales.

As an avid reader, usually not intersted in Political Figures, nor politics in general. However, this book has been highly publicized and I was curious as to the content. Prices at various "Book Stores", I found this to 1/2 price of what they wer asking! It js truely written from a 'hockey mom's point of view, genuine, and realistic. In the political arena, not only is it well written, but absolutely believable. You will not be able to put this book down. Not being a PALIN fan, this book has truly changed my mind about the stature of Capitol Hill, Senate, House, Congress down to & including the peons of mayor, even School Board seats on a local level. If you want to read THE FACTS, I truly believe what Sarah said is fact. Perhaps she will be a contender for the next election! Read it and judge for yourself. I PROMOTE THIS BOOK HIGHLY. BEING MALE - ARE WE READY FOR A FEMALE PRESIDENT?I SAW THE CHANGE IS WORTH A SECOND LOOK AND NOT A GLANCE. NO WROSE THAN WE NOW HAVE! Judge for yourself. Great book and a fascinating life. If the Republican primaries were today i'd vote for her over Huckabee, Romney, and probably Jindal. I guess that doesn't tell you about the book though does it? A must read. When I got done with Mark Levin's Liberty and Tyranny I said that after the Bible, it was the most important book you should read. Going Rogue isn't to that level, but I highly recommend it to everyone. I am giving this book, Levin's book and Chuck Norris' Black Belt Patriotism to everyone I know for Christmas.

Great book.....so glad Sara decided to do this,was a county commissioner for 4 yrs.So i can only imagine the things her and her family had to go thur.. For the people that have never had politics dealing and belive all the news reports this can help them to understand...all is not black and white there very well are a lotof gray areas. I am so glad Walmart made it easy to get the book,thinkyou and this will be two gifts under my tree,with the the request that they pass it on to. Hoping WE will all see Sara in the white house soon. Sara Palin in her own words is a must read. The media has painted a false picture of her because of their blind arrogance (they hate what she stands for) She shares funny childhood experiences and "behind the scenes" of the failed McCain presidential bid. Her honesty and common-sense approach is refreshing, something that is missing in the current political climate of Washington DC. This and Mark Levin's book are the most important books written in years so make yourself some warm tea and grab a cozy blanket and enjoy the book, the unfiltered Sara Palin story.

I am more impressed with Sarah Palin than I was before I bought the book. How refreshing to finally hear from someone who is real. She says it like it is and does not put on airs like the Speaker of the House. It would be a much better country if we had more honest & down to earth people like Sarah Palin.
