So far I have noticed an increase in energy! I feel overall better! I notice a difference in my hair! I have not tried any other Fish Oil w Omega 3 to know if these are the maximum benefits, but for me I am very happy with the puchase and it was a great value!

walmart has many of the supplements i take at a more reasonable price. also, shipping is cheap and the items arrive super fast.

My doctor recommended I start using fish oil for health reasons. I chose Spring Valley simply for the great price, two for $6.00. My daughter was worried that I would start smelling like fish, however we haven't noticed that to be a problem and they are very easy to swallow considering they are fairly large capsules. Three a day seems like alot, however considering the price, it really isn't a problem.

It is just great though you may want to know that it says 3 caps a day. However we take only one or two -depending on our mood- so it lasts for us just fine. Quality is great, there is no fishy after taste or smell any kind like with some other products!

This is a very good value, two bottles for one very low price! My local tv station did reviews on fish oil for which one was the best in quality as well as cost and hands down this Spring Valley brand from Walmart won. I will continue to buy these when my current supply is low.

I did not realize I purchaced the incorrect mgs with the 1800 mgs. I only need 1 per day. These I need 3 a day. Good price if you don't mind taking all that you need for the day. That is why I only gave 3 stars.

Spring Valley is a highly rated brand on Consumer Reports and you can't beat the price. I won't know the efficacy until I have my blood tested in 4-5 months but I can say they swallow easy and don't produce a fishy aftertaste or burp.

I really like the Spring Valley Fish oil. I have tried lots of different brands even the coated one that are not suppose to cause you to burp up the fishy taste. They all seem to do that with me or worse! These are the only ones I have found that do not. I would recommend these to any one without hesitation! Good product.

I actually give this to my dog during the winter months. It's proven to help her dry skin when we turn the heat on. I puncture one capsule per meal and squeeze the oil into her food bowl. I used to give her flaxseed oil, but my vet recommended fish oil as a more effective option. This is a great price for a large quantity. Will continue to purchase!

I use this and also give to my golden retriever; puncture one capsule and put it in his food at night. He has a beautiful soft coat and it helps in the winter as well, so his skin doesn't get so dry.
