I bought this Zune for my son for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. However, it was charging on the docking station and when he went to retrieve it the Zune displayed an error message in which it had to be sent back to repair. He hadn't had the Zune two full months. So I am a little aggravated that I had to send back this product after only two months for a repair. Especially since it cost 270.00! I will tell you that it took about two weeks for them to receive the Zune and send it back. I received notification that it has been shipped but haven't received it back as of yet so let's keep our fingers crossed.

I love the Zune, this is my second one. I prefer this over the Ipod. My only complaint of the new generation Zune is the very sensitive touch-pad. I prefer the older buttons. But hey I still like this better than the Ipod.

I purchased this to replace my 80 gig that broke when I dropped it onto hard tile. Overall, great. The sound output is awesome, there are no dead pixels on the screen. And best of all, all my old 80 gig holders still work because it is the same size, with 40 more gigs. And after trying to help my mom set up her iPod she got for christmas, I am very happy about the simplicity of using a zune on a windows operating platform. Just plug it in and it automatically finds all your music and slides it right onto your zune. No fuss, no worry.

Got this for my 15 year old daughter on Christmas. Had a lot of issue with getting both the item and the extra bundled item together. But in the end Walmart made good on the problem with an upgrade. My daughter LOVE, LOVE, LOVES her MP3. She figured it all out all by herself. Got all her songs downloaded as well as photos. I don't think she has tried downloading any movies yet. She is telling her friends to switch from Ipod to Zune so she can connect with them with the blue tooth feature. She says she highly recommends the player.

Out shines the Apple iPOD....Bought both of them and side-by-side compared them. The Zune's quality and ease of use [the player and software were also more user friendly]. The Zune computer program while being Microsoft was very accomodating with only a minimum "training period" of how to store tunes. Neither product has a simple "drag and drop" feature for loading MP3s as does the overpriced Creative Labs Nomad or Zen players. It was a great buy at a great price.

I am not saying this is a bad product, but there are 3 of us in the family and we are not computer illiterate, but we just had a hard time getting it to do what we wanted. Then we had a hard time transferring the music files. Maybe some others can figure this out and may like the Zune, but we just did not have the patience to spend hours trying to get it to do basic functions. We decided to take it back and get a refund.

I purchased the 120GB Zune with AV dock for my teenage son for Christmas. I have a 30 GB original and have been pleased, so we deceided to try the newer style 120 for him. The upgrades from my first gen player are substantial and welcome. The display is bright and vivid, the software easy to use and the player appears to be well built and attractive.
There are some negatives: you have to use the Zune software to load the player and you can't use it as an external hard drive like you can some others, but I buy these to use for music and some videos. I have compared them to the iPods and I prefer the aesthetics of the Zune and I like the built-in radio tuner.
My son is thrilled with his new player (hethought he was getting my old 30GB).

iPod = overpriced small screen iTunes = not that great of a service
I needed around 16Gb for all my music, so the choice was the 16gb Nano for $180........or the 120GB Zune for $200......
Easy choice, ZUNE!....
The Zune software for organziing your music is sooooooo much nicer, easier, and faster to use and organize your music.
Before the Zune i had a 8GB Sansa Fuze with 8GB micro card....great product but they make no accessories at all for it and hard to organize the music............
Since i didnt want to be taken advantage of by the ridiculous price of an iPod i went with Zune and i am very happy with that choice

can not get this thing to work- charged it on the Home AV charger and it seemed to charge fine, didn't have time to load anything on it so I stuck it back in the box for a few days. When I pulled it out it was dead so we recharged it -now it just comes up with a "Contact Support" screen. Frustrating

Hi I gave this as a christmas present and they loved it! I see him using it alot. However, the only downfall is that if you are watching a movie in this product, make sure it is connected while using it. Otherwise you will lose the battery while watching the movie. Other than that, this product is really good!

One of our children already own a Zune. The first two he had were bad, but the replacement has been working just great. So we got one for another child this year for Christmas. Didn't work. Same problem (battery). We returned it and the second one works fine. Don't know if we just got lemons or what, but the replacements are good. They love them.

Bought this for my techno-driven son who insisted that he needed at least 20 gig of space. The price was awesome! Who'd have thought you could get such a deal? Most 32 gig MP3 players cost over $300, but this 120 gig Zune cost just over $200! And the AV unit came free. Site to Store shipping was fast and easy. Best of all, my son said this was the best Christmas present ever! TY, Wal-Mart for helping me make my son's Christmas merry!

I am very happy with this product! I did alot of comparing between Zune and IPod and this is what I settled on. It is bigger in physical size than many of the MP3 players you see but that is due to the massive storage it has, but that is the main reason I picked it. If I was unhappy about anything it would be the battery life, I think it is about 8 hrs but that is the only bad thing I would say. Zune software is easy to use and I knew nothing when I bought this product. Overall, I think this product is ideal for someone who has wide taste in music because you can about put as much music as you want to on it!

This mp3 player is the worst I ever had. I was expecting it to be great but it was a huge hassle. I hooked it up and read the instructions, but my computer wouldn't recogfnize it neither would the Zune program. I finally figured it out after 2 days of trying. Once it was connected and recognized i tried to put all that I wanted on it. It made all of my playlistd on Windows Media Player not work even though it won't even work with Windows Media Player. It will play music if you manually drag it to the icon or let it put ALL of your music on and it will let you drag pictures on or put every single one on It will NOT play my video files or even put them in my collection library on the Zune program. It was not "valid" media type, yet it was a normal quicktime file! It will not be recognized by Amazon Unbox which I had movies on i was planning to put on it when my last MP3 died. I was so excited when this came in the mail but, all it caused was stress and anger.
