The machine takes a bit to assemble, not very hard though. The only complaint I have is that it should have came with a poster of the different work outs so you don't have to flip through the manual to find what you want.

After an above-the-knee amputation, I wanted a complete workout gym that allowed me to change exercises and resistance without having to get off the seat very much. I also didn't want to spend a lot of money. It's surprisingly well built, and can morph into all sorts of sitting and standing exercises. You change the exercises by adjusting the bands and moving the pulleys. (There's a book with pictures.) I think the seat support brackets are a little flimsy for my 6'2"/250lbs. There is a little give in the seat from side-to-side.
My 2 buds from work came over and set it up in a little over two hours. The hardest part is sorting through all the bolts/screws/nuts and matching them up with the pictures on the assembly instructions. You get an all-in-one-tool in the box, but I suggest a socket wrench set and some screwdrivers and a pair of channel-lock pliers.
Functionally, I have no complaints. The workout motions are smooth and give me pretty much the full range of motion. You can get a good workout on it.
