The Keurig My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter can be used over and over again.Place your favorite ground coffee inside and use with any K-cup brewing system for fresh coffee every morning. The Keurig My K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter is a simple three-part product that includes a mini gold filter basket that fits into a filter holder with a lid. The Keurig coffee filter provides a slightly cooler brew temperature. The Keurig coffee filter saves you money and also minimizes your impact on the environment. This filter is made of a mesh metal filtration system with durable plastic-type framing.

Not sure why other people had problems with this or why it would take more than one try to "get it right". I would probably chalk up the majority of the negative reviews to operator error.
Bought it, brought it home, first thing I did was try it out and it works perfectly just as I expected it would. Didn't have any grounds in the coffee, and I even strained it through a filter while it was brewing to make sure. If you like stronger coffee, try a darker roast. you can only fit so much coffee into one little cup and it's recommended that you use 2 Tbsp. per 6 oz. of water. the cup only holds a little more than 2 Tbsp. of finely ground dark roasted coffee. And another thing, swapping the k-cup holder out isn't that difficult. There are trade-offs with any product. So there's an additional step or two... your coffee isn't costing you 61 cents a cup anymore... now it's more like 15 cents for good stuff or 7 cents if you use something like folgers.

When I ordered, I wasn't positive if this was every thing I needed to use my own coffee in my Keurig but is was. I previously ordered just the filters and was disappointed it did not have the container to go into the Keurig-it was just replacement filters that cannot be used alone. I am really pleased with how this product works and I highly recommend it.

I use the filter when I run out of kcups till I make it to store to get more The filter works great! I fill it almost to the top with my fav coffee (max house) It makes a awesome cup of coffee. Only thing is you have to remember to adjust the the o ring down a little on the Keurig. When you use the kcups it pushes the o ring back up and if you dont adjust the ring, water and coffee grounds will run over in you cup of coffee. But it works great and makes a wonder cup of coffee when you out of kcups till you get to store.

I've used the reusable coffee filter only a few times as my Keurig unit is new. I had to experiment with the amount of coffee to put in as the first couple of times there were grounds in the cup. I will also have to try diffferent size of the ground coffee as mine maybe too fine. Overall I am satisfied with it and I'm sure that I'll eventually find the ideal grind and amount to use. It will certainly be more economical than the pre-packaged ones.

This was my daughter's January birthday present. I gave her the Mr. Coffee version of this coffeemaker for Christmas which takes every brand of K-Cup made. I was told by the store associate that this would work as well. When my daughter opened it, she said it would have to go back as it would not work in her coffeemaker. She had bought one after Christmas and had to return it and purchase an interchangable cup. The one she purchased was much cheaper than this one! I gave her the receipt and hope she can return it to the store and get something else for her birthday.

Very easy to use. I like that on the inside of the 'cup' are guidelines for measurement. I am happy with it so far. It's nice to be able to use my own 'regular' coffee when I'm running low on K-Cups.

I received this product for a Christmas gift hoping to be able to use my own coffee in it to try and save some money. I've used it a couple of times but find it VERY hard to get the grounds out of it to clean it. Maybe someone now could create "mini" K-Cup reusable filters to put inside to make it easier for the grounds to come out. If anyone has any other suggestions or ideas on how best to use this - I would like to hear them. Maybe I could try to cut a piece from a regular filter to put in there?

A great idea, but an expensvive one...$17.97 for this convienence...Easy to use, but it takes 2T of your coffee to make 1 lg cup. I use about 6T and get about 7 cups out of my reg coffee maker, as opposed to only 3, with this filter. After I made the coffee and took out to discard the used grounds, it seemed like some of the coffee grounds packed around the outside of the filter were almost still dry, leaving me to believe that this is not a very practical to use even for your regular coffee. I probably cut back to 1T per use, as it does have two fill lines marked inside the wire basket filter. I got it to use with my special Blue Moutain Jamaican coffee that I purchased, but I think I'm gonna just stick to using the K-Cups. I love the coffee maker itself, it's very convienent and fast for that "special treat" of having a variety to just make 1 cup of a special kind and I love the Sleepy time Tea pods also.
