I looked at so many beds at so many stores and finally selected this Milwaukee Antique Brown metal headboard and footboard. I paired it with the Hillsdale bedframe (which is very sturdy). I put the bed together myself, and all the screws fit nice and tight! I then added a Spa Sensation 12" Memory Foam mattress on top of my existing box springs. It looks lovely in my bedroom! I'm very pleased with my new bed, and it didn't cost a lot of money!

This bed is beautiful. It looks as beautiful as the picture depicts. It's sturdy and doesn't squeak, at least, not yet =). The only problem is that I have a full sized bed, and I think it would look more beautiful with bigger sized beds. It does look very nice as full sized, but it may look better as a queen or king.

I got this bed for my guest room in a full size and it was much better looking than I expected. It is built solid and looks like it will hold up well. I put it together myself--instructions were simple and clear. My only problem came when I had to screw in the final post to the frame. The metal frame which I purchased separately had a bent piece and so I had to get my husband to hold it in place with all his strength while I screwed it together. It arrived well wrapped without a scratch on it. Overall, I think I got a great deal!

This bed was just what I needed, and shipped very quickly. I needed a bed that would fit in with my existing furniture, and this was just right for me. The brown finish and the style of the bed make it look antique.
