My wife and I love the Total Gym. It comes with so many attachments and they are very easy to install and uses. The dvds are great, so many diffrent ways to uses the gym and target those areas you want to work on. You can move from one exercise to another very quickly. My only advice is don't try and be a turbo man take it easy, your body will thank you.

I bought the Total Gym to workout at home as I needed to tone and lose weight. I'm 45 and it has been hard to lose weight for me. But not with the Total Gym. This is a fantastic piece of equipment. It works every muscle in your body. I have lost 36 pounds and several inches off of my waist, hips, legs, neck and chest. I do the full workout every other day. I can already see the results in just the month that I have owned it.
I was afraid it might be too hard for me to use but it isn't at all. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight, tone and sculpt your body.
Walmart has it for the best price. It was shipped very quickly and arrived within a few days. Also it has all the accessories you possibly could need. A really great value.

For the price of 299.99 this gym from Walmart is a deal. It comes with all the accessories you will need besides the foot-board so plan on buying that. Only had it a few weeks now but it looks like it will do the job. My only complaint is customer service for total gym is poor, they don't know anything and need more training on their products.

It is rare that any product I use meets my expectations. I don't think I have ever had my expectations obliterated like they have been with the Total Gym. There are so many people online with different routines that help target muscle groups. The aerobic/weight training combination is fantastic. The best piece of workout gear I have ever owned. I bought it for myself, but I can't keep my wife and kids off of it.

i bought this product online and had it shipped to the store. Paid a little more than $300.00. As you remove it from the box you can tell it is well made and an excellent value. It comes with plenty of attachments, two DVDs, and reading materials. There may be some very minor complaints but I am enjoying the workout on this equipment.

This is a really nice machine. It is larger than I expected and was difficult to set up initially. Once set up, it is easy to use and I have used it every day. I have not attempted to fold it up to store it yet. It is easier to leave it set up. I was very surprised that this machine came with all the extra/added Exercise bars. Way more than I expected!!

I have been wanting a Total Gym for a long time. When I saw they had one at Walmart.com I had to get one. The only complaint I have is with the Foot Harness. This model came with a belt style. I have small ankles and I find it hard to keep it secure. I will be replacing it with the one they show in the video which is velcro.

Love the total gym. So many exercises to do with this machine. It is so easy to switch between exercises too. Walmart online bill me later option and site to store pickup is easy and helpful. My only issue is that one of the ab attachments had a rip in the pad when I opened the box and I still think the gym is a little pricey too. Overall though I am happy with my purchase.

I saw this product years ago, and since I have wanted to try it. This is not like any other, I thought when I bought it I would remain lazy and not want to work out, it sitting in the corner beckoning me and I sitting on the chair not using it. On the contrary, I used it the first day I got it, and aside from 4 days I did not I have been on the machine.
Easy to use, and you use your own weight as resistance. I would suggest you not get overanxious and try to do heavy weight for upper body right away. I tried to be He-Man one day and had to stop completely and take a day off my program.
I am so satisfied I can barely contain myself, never have I been this happy with a home gym. I would recommend the TG above any other, and I would say honestly I would buy the XLS too just to have it.
This machine comes with more extras then seen on their main site. I can't even list all the extras, and the videos are so helpful, even tells how to setup the unit.
I would have preferred the standard foot plate, but using the wing or the Pilates bar is just as good really you just have to know how to place your feet.
I can see I will in a matter of months be very fit where I need to be, I have no doubt about it.
Read the Owner's Manual and the first few pages carefully!! Maximum user weight is 275 lbs. Do NOT overexert yourself!! I ended up with a migraine for an hour because I pushed myself too hard. Be safe!

This is exactly as described and more! The 6-8 minute workout is perfect for starting out when you haven't exercised for a long time. The incline really makes it challenging, and it operates very smoothly. The only reason I gave it a 4 for meets expectations is because you only get one foot styrup, and you have to keep taking it off and switching back and forth. I would recommend this for anyone! I have pain 24/7 and can use this machine. It arrived at the store on time. What a great value!

This is one of the best pieces of home equipment I have ever owned. I have been watching the infomercials for years and thought it was just another gimic but this product is for real and the results are outstanding. I received my total gym on a Thursday was not pleased with how my delivery was made they did not even ring my door bell. Other than that I am very happy and pleased with my total gym after finally getting it set up I am very pleased to have it in my home did not realize just how long it was when you see it on TV did not look like that. Both of my sons are thrilled at having it here and they can't wait to use it I my self think that it is a great product and feel as if it is great I love it.
