Lexmark Lexmark Interpret S405 Wireless-N All-in-One (AIO) Inklet Printer/Scanner/Copier/Fax
Using Wireless-N technology, it's easy to set up this Lexmark wireless all-in-one printer wherever is most convenient. Speedy printing delivers up to 33 pages per minute in black, or 30 in color. Fast, efficient copying results in up to 25 pages per minute in black or 21 in color. Print photos with or without a PC directly from your PictBridge-enabled digital camera, USB flash drive, or from one of many popular memory cards (all sold separately). Feed documents quickly using the 35-sheet auto document feeder. Simply load up to 35 sheets, press a button and the machine does the rest automatically.

I do like this machine especially it being wireless however I have to say that I'm not too pleased with the way it uses ink. I rarely print in color & maybe have done so twice on a very small scale & already I am getting low ink in the color catridges. Also, I only used the black as quick copies (very light) less than 5 times & I had to replace it much sooner than I had to for my old Lexmark. I was hoping with a model 5 years newer than my old one, it would be a better model. Still love the Lexmark brand and it's unlikely I would change brands.

I found it very easy to install on 2 laptops. Love the wireless feature. I like knowing that I can sit on my couch and print in another room. I definitely recommend this product.

I have always use Lexmark printers with that being said, This all in one printer is great for all your needs. Very handy to have in your home the stand alone feature is great when needing to copy/scan/fax/or print something in a hurry without going through computer. Very easy to work with also through your computer. As always Walmart had it shipped to my home with in one week which I greatly appreciate when my other printer stopped working after years of use. I had to get a project done within a couple weeks! Thanks Walmart for your fast home shipping & to Lexmark for making such great products.

So far, I am quite disappointed in this printer. I bought a Lexmark because I had one previously that worked great. This one has already jammed up several time, used an entire cartridge of black ink on less than 150 pages. That is probably because it has been printing poorly and had to clean the cartridge heads thus using up tons of ink. It also is quite slow to respond. I may return it!

The machine was well worth I paid for it, however, proved more difficult to set up than I had ex-pected. My router signal was not strong enough to match with the printers requirements. On the USB cable everything works well not so wirelessly. Which is why I bought the machine to begin with.

This printer has the best setup instructions that I have ever had on any piece of computer equipment. There is on screen step by step instructions, showing where to find the ink, print head and how to put it all together. Excellent written manuals too. Easy to use controls including a light to show if you have pressed the color or black ink button. Prints copies fast after first copy. All printing is sharp and clear. Scanning with automatic document feed is quick. Color is beautiful. Haven't tried photo input slot. Give it one demerit for always coming on when I turn on power to surge suppressor but this may be because i have it plugged into a surge suppressor. Walmart processing and delivery were unbelievable. Entered online order at 11am Monday and shipped at 3pm. FedEx delivered it to my home on Wednesday afternoon, a 48 hour completion and all for a ninety-seven cent delivery charge. The printer looks good too.

The printer itself prints very well....great color, etc. However, the wireless feature of the printer has not done well for me. I have had to uninstall and reinstall the printer 3 times....each time re-setting the wireless feature. Even at this time I need to do it again!! Fortunately the USB is also an option. To make sure my computer (bought at same time) was not the fault I added the wireless feature to another laptop in my household. It worked just great after installing, but later the wireless feature disconnected from second laptop....giving me an error that the printer is not communicating. There are plenty of good printers, but I chose this one for the wireless function. And am disappointed.

Ordered online, arrived 3 days later. Easy to setup. I'm using the wifi function which only took a couple of minutes to setup. Print quality is great. I find this printer a real value for the money.
I did have an out of box failure with the printhead. I called Lexmark, and a replacement arrived the next day. Excellent service.

Great value for the price. Most software carries just the basic features, so if you're looking for a lot of bells and whistles, this probably isn't a good choice for you. But Microsoft Starter contains both word and excel that perform well enough for me. Good choice for anyone looking for a simple computer upgrade.
