I actually bought 6 of these dog bowls to use as centerpieces at a Snoopy-themed baby shower. I filled them with candy and used the blue and green colors on the bowl for other decorations. The bowls were cuter than I had anticipated and they were plenty large enough to provide enough candy for the 10 people who sat at each table. Everyone loved them, and the mother-to-be kept them to use for storage of baby items such as cotton balls, Q-tips, etc. Oh, and I kept one myself for my dachhshund. She didn't seem to notice. >>smile<<

I bought 2 of these, one for water and one for food. I like the rubber lining around the bottom edge to prevent slippage. I also really like the raised area on the bottom, which makes it easy to pick up. I would have prefered the bowls to be round, but they're working out well and I haven't gotten any complaints from the diner. The design is also really cute!
